Shaw Cabinetry & Woodworks is located in the coastal town of Half Moon Bay just 25 short miles south of San Francisco. The company was founded in June of 1999 in a small location with nothing more than a dream and a vision of bringing high quality custom cabinetry to others. In a few short years we had outgrown that location and in 2005 we expanded into the larger facility we reside in today. At Shaw Cabinetry we begin with you, our customer. In our quest for continual growth and improvement we make it our mission to design our projects to meet your needs and expectations. We place a strong emphasis on design and enjoy working hand in hand with you to incorporate our cabinetry into your project. Our company specializes in high quality custom furniture finishes that range from distressed antique to ultra clean modern and everything in between. We are passionate about bringing the quality of fine custom cabinetry and the natural beauty of wood into people's homes and businesses. We look forward to meeting and working with you.

Ron and the team from Shaw Cabinetry did a superb job on several projects as we updated a mudroom entry, kitchen cabinetry (to match work done in the past) and build a laundry storage unit. The reason we called Shaw cabinetry was that they had done such a fantastic and timeless design, build and install of a kitchen some 8-years ago. They have not lost their edge. They matched the additional units in the kitchen perfectly and we have had tremendous feedback on the quality and design of the mudroom and laundry. I wouldn't hesitate going back to them for the next project.

Complete kitchen remodel in our 1920s farmhouse. Ron did an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone. 9 years later it still looks in great shape. It has stood the test of time!

Shaw Cabinetry took us from an unimaginable water disaster totally destroying our kitchen, to an unbelievable beautiful Custom Designed and Installed Shaw Kitchen. Ron Shaw was professional, gave importance to communication with us and to the detail of our kitchen. He recommended four of the cabinet doors be glass along with glass shelves and lighting inside...this area is now the beautiful focal point of our kitchen. Great recommendation!! We chose paint as a finish and also chose the color...ver pleased. Through to installation of this entire process was a great experience and we couldn't be happier. Ron's prices were more than fair and the quality and beauty of this kitchen show it... We would definitely recommend Shaw Cabinetry.

Working with Shaw cabinetry was a fantastic experience. I initially toured Ron's shop and was impressed by his operation as well as with his team. Ron was great and he was very patient with me as I tried to figure out how I wanted to approach the storage solutions in our kitchen and baths. Throughout the process he had great ideas on how to work out some of the more challenging configurations that I was looking for. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the work that Ron and his team did. Everyone who has visited our home since it was finished is floored by the beauty of the kitchen and it's cabinetry! I would definitely turn to Shaw Cabinetry again for any future custom cabinetry needs and will refer him to my clients as well!

Ron Shaw did an excellent job on our cabinets in our new custom coastal craftsman style home. He was very patient and helpful with us every step of the way, and the results are spectacular. The kitchen is stunning, with beautiful shaker cabinets and many wonderful custom features throughout, such as a "magic corner", pantry tower, custom panels for the refridgerator and dishwasher, soft closing drawers..everything solidly made and finished just as we wanted. Ron also did the cabinets and built in hutches in the entire house: the bathrooms, office, dining and living room. Everything came out perfectly. Ron is a gifted craftsman who takes great pride in his work and we are very appreciative of him and his team.

Ron was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and also had great suggestions of his own. He is extremely meticulous and detailed. He has done two bathrooms and 2 sets of built-ins around our fireplace, and was on time. He is currently working on our kitchen. We were tight on space in one of the bathrooms and he modified the cabinets so they weren't as deep. They turned out great; Everyone comments on the quality and how spacious our bathroom is----little did they know we were counting inches.
