KCSI was hired to determine multiple leak sites around a decorative window during heavy rains. Mike and his crew provided a detailed plan to find out how the vinyl siding and home construction was compromised by the rain (18 year old home). The workers were careful in removing the vinyl siding that was no longer made. It was found the home when constructed did not have proper safeguards installed. KCSI initial estimate remained the same despite their workers finding two other areas of concern which they explained to us and then repaired without additional costs. The attention to detail was excellent along with their attention to communicating with us throughout the repair. I will certainly use KCSI for future home modifications.

I hired KCSI Construction to remove old hardboard siding and install new vinyl siding. I hired KCSI because the company had very high ratings. It was a large job and I didn't want any hassles. Mike MacCabe was great to work with. His crew was outstanding. At the end of each day they spent a half hour cleaning up the worksite and neatly stacking materials. Mike stopped by two to three times a day to ask me if I had any concerns. He spent time with me explaining the installation. I asked him to make several changes. He readily agreed and had the crew make the changes. It rained several times during the week of the installation. The Mike and the crew made sure that the house was protected from the rain. At the end of the job the crew did a very thorough job cleaning up around my house. The new vinyl siding looks great on my house.

We used KCSI to do all of our siding, gutters, windows and doors. They did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with their work. They stayed on the job till complete and were done with all the work in a timely manner. They were great to work with and had good advice and suggestions. The job was completed a year and a half ago and we have had no problems and are very satisfied that we hired this company.

KCSI replaced the vinyl siding, installed tyvek, window wrap, vinyl soffit & facia, & gutters on our house. They scheduled the work and kept me updated with the schedule as the start date neared. They worked on the house and completed the job in a timely manner working from start to finish until the job was completed. The workmanship was very good and we were very satisfied with the whole project. They communicated well through out the entire project from the estimate through the actual work addressing any issues or question raised. I would use KCSI again and would recommend using them.
