We are proudly old-school type architects and believe what we do is important and that what we do should last. We believe that by having the architect in charge of everything – on behalf of the client – there is maximum control and the more control, the better the results. Kima was founded in 2010 and is run by Claudio Roccheti and Karina Goncharova. They specialise in listed buildings and conservation areas, with an excellent record of obtaining planning permission working closely with a great team of professionals in the field to ensure the highest standards in project management. Between them with years of experience in design and architecture Kima has grown into a world leading interior design studio specialising in luxury residential property at the highest level for developers and private clients throughout the UK and abroad. Based in the design capital of London we showcase the best in contemporary design to cater to our national and international clientele that we put at core of our design philosophy. We also offer a range of services including furniture, lighting and material procurement and keep an extensive library of samples and catalogues of finishes, fittings and furniture in our Fitzrovia Showroom to help clients to come to great decisions. In our studio we have gathered impressively talented & passionate people. All staff are qualified professionals with their own unique specialisms.

We worked with both Claudio and Karina on a very high end refurbishment project in Vauxhall and quite honestly, they were a genuine pleasure to work. Their creativity, attention to detail and understanding of what the client was looking to achieve as well was second to none. As the main contractor, we found the communication, trust and support paramount in helping us deliver the clients vision collectively, as a highly effective team. Living in India and working overseas I was able to entrust renovations of my apartment in Mayfair, London to KIMA who were incredibly accommodating to what I wanted and delivered the project on time. I would highly recommend them for any future developments.

I Hired this Company for a complete refurbishment. They are extremely professional-excellent service they take the time to make sure they understand all your needs and concerns making you feel taken care of and they go well and beyond meeting all requirements and handling issues. Syntax Lighting
