I cannot say enough positive things about the service and quality I received from Artscape Land Design! Kirk Colgan is extremely knowledgeable and personable with attention to detail. Everything was handled with thought and care and my landscaping looks amazing! Thank you for giving me tips and lots of knowledge especially on maintaining the beauty of my garden, new sod and in adjusting the timing for newly installed irrigation system with the change in seasons. Kirk Colgan and Adam combine their professional expertise areas (landscape and exterior hardscape) for an excellent service. We incorporated their suggestions in our front landscape renovation as well as some improvements to our back yard/patio area. Kirk did a wonderful job with our backyard reno. He took an area that was essentially unusable and made it an entertaining oasis. In addition to creating a comfortable seating space,complete with new island bar, pool update and travertine tile, Kirk and his professional team addressed a significant drainage problem. Kirk was wonderful to work with-- patient, accessible, accomidating and knowledgable. In my opinion,one of his most important attributes is that he actually listened to my ideas, and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend Kirk and his team-- they were a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the results.

Artscape Land Design is an Excellent Design Firm. Very professional, very creative in his design and the quality is of the highest standard. Kirk was very knowledgeable in the products and the process. He gave us a timeline on the project and followed through on it. We had priced other design firms, and he was the best price out there. Very reasonable on his quotes. He also will do follow up on the project after it finished to see how you like it or if there are any problems. We are very pleased with the standard and high quality of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Landscape Architect.

We hired Artscape after interviewing a few local firms. Our backyard needed big-time help - old deck with some rotting boards, little/no landscaping, what existed was best described as overgrown bushes. When we did spend time outside, we would quickly focus on how much improvement was needed, overriding the intent of relaxing outside in the yard, and the enjoyment of an outdoor meal or a glass of wine in the late afternoon. Fast forward to December 2016, now with a backyard that is truly a new living space, and a visual delight in the day and in the evening when hardscape and gardens are illuminated. The entire family spends time outside in the backyard now, playing with the dog, cooking, lighting a fire in the pit, and of course relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day's work. We now consider the space our private park, a refuge, a social gathering spot for family and friends. The transformation is a result of Kirk's talent and skill, dedication to customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship. Extremely satisfied with the outcome.

On time, on budget, on site, great design! What else could you possibly want? Kirk was personally involved every step of the way and created a beautiful, tranquil setting out of an unappealing ordinary patio area. He also communicated regularly and often sent texts with pictures, so I would know exactly what was being done. I would recommend Artscape without any hesitation whatsoever.

We hired Kirk Colgan at Artscape to do a landscape project which included installing pavers, landscaping, fencing, sprinkler system and a fountain. When we purchased the property, the original area had not been landscaped for many years. Kirk Colgan was very professional and efficient to work with. He viewed the area, listened to what we wanted, and gave suggestions on how to achieve the desired results. We received a color rendering and estimate for the work. We accepted the proposal. The work was done and was beyond our expectations - even changes and additions. We were very pleased with Kirk's oversight and his staff. He truly made an ugly duckling into a Swan. We have and will continue to recommend Artscape and Kirk Colgan. It was a great experience.

Kirk responded to our initial inquiry within 24 hours, was very approachable and enthusiastic throughout every stage of creating a beautiful outdoor room for us, and was exceptionally considerate of our primary needs and our budget. Of all of the excellent contractors that we have worked with since purchasing our home, Kirk and his team were the most punctual and reliable, and their work was of the very highest quality. Kirk's custom plans that he drew up for us were stunning, and our backyard itself turned out even better than we could have imagined! Perhaps the cherry on top was Kirk's incredible attention to detail, particularly when it came to his customer service. After doing our final walk through, Kirk presented us with a thorough month-to-month landscaping maintenance sheet, as well as a complete list of every vendor and outlet from which he obtained all yard/garden materials. This empowers us to take care of our new backyard perfectly, and we can always obtain the exact materials he used should we ever need to 'top up' on them. Under Kirk's watch, our entire backyard project turned out to be beautiful, on time, within budget and easy to properly maintain. We can't recommend this company enough!

I've hired Artscape for all of the hardscape design/installation, and landscape design projects that I've had for my house for the past 15 years. Obviously, as a multiply repetitive customer, I really like the professionalism, as well as the final product.
