The team at Kitchen Concepts did a wonderful job with our kitchen: they were professional, friendly, and finished the job on time. They provided excellent communication and we’re willing to trouble-shoot throughout the job. I really can’t praise the team they’ve assembled enough. Our new kitchen is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Kitchen Concepts fully remodeled our kitchen and also converted a linen closet to a laundry closet. In both cases, working with them was an easy and amazingly streamlined process. Ellen, Jim, and Dan did an excellent job of keeping all of the contractors and inspections coordinated and on-schedule. Ellen is a masterful designer. The entire job was completed in just a few weeks as promised, and the final product was excellent and *exactly* what we wanted! I strongly recommend them to anyone considering any sort of complex remodeling job, and hope to work with them again in the future.

Thank you to Ellen, Jim, their staff and sub contractors for the fantastic work done in renovating my one and a half baths and installing hardwood flooring and painting my second floor hallway. I showed Ellen a picture of what I wanted and she helped turn fantasy into reality. I am thrilled with the result. Her design ideas were always great and very detailed. The work was high quality, on time and on budget. They are very well organized and pay great attention to detail.

My project was a full bath remodel. The space is in a condo, and it's small, and hadn't been remodeled for over 30 years. I got three bids, and Kitchen Concepts was quite competitive on price. However, they were the standouts when it came to service and ideas for helping me make good decisions. Not only did they direct me to the best places to shop, but they gave great advice on the particulars. For example, don't get a skirted toilet because they are very difficult to install. I was able to make very good style choices and also know that my choices were good quality. The project itself went very smoothly. The workers were all skilled and respectful. A couple issues arose, and the craftsmen made great decisions on how to handle them. For example, the tub surround wasn't an exact fit for my drywall dimensions. That was solved with beautiful framing. It looks gorgeous and was the perfect solution! I cannot recommend Kitchen Concepts highly enough for their great work all around. One other comment. Their scheduling was very strong. In just 9 days I went from my old bath to a totally new bathroom, including all new flooring and even a full new ceiling. Great work!!!!

I recently hired Kitchen Concepts to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. They had wonderful suggestions in the design and professional contracts that did an outstanding job! Our finished kitchen exceeded all of our expectations. Ellen listened to what we were looking for and designed a space that was beyond our imaginations. The communication lines were always open and Kitchen Concepts met every deadline. My husband and I really appreciated the professionalism of their workers who were always knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. We find ourselves just hanging out in the kitchen now as it is truly a centerpiece of our home. We love our new kitchen. Very satisfied with KItchen Concepts and would definitely use them in the future. Jim and Ellen are very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. Their team of pros under the supervision of their ace foreman, Chris, were prompt, helpful and actually completed the job earlier than anticipated. It was a pleasure getting to know each of them. After years of putting Band-Aids on my dysfunctional kitchen, I decided to take the plunge and do a floor to ceiling remodel - no more linoleum, Formica countertops, laminate cabinets. I was pointed in the direction of Kitchen Concepts, which is about a five minute walk from my home. After just about 3 weeks, I now have a superlative customized space in which to cook AND entertain. Ellen and Jim made an otherwise traumatic experience one I could endure. They are great hand holders, and delivered the project well under my budget. They are also extremely organized, and we were completed on schedule. I smile every time I walk into my kitchen. The bottom line: I would use them again, and I plan to, for a bathroom facelift. Thanks, guys!

We are so pleased with the new granite counter tops we purchased from Kitchen Concepts. Jim was very professional and informative at the estimating stage and left us a packet of information and credentials that said a lot about his business ethic. Ellen and Luann were terrific and very patient as I struggled to make a decision on granite that would coordinate with my wallpaper and their fabricators of choice Proline Services were amazing! Once papers were signed and I chose the granite it was less than two weeks to the finished installation and family and friends have raved about the room transformation. I can highly recommend Kitchen Concepts !!!

When I considered having my kitchen remodeled,I immediately Thought of Kitchen Concepts. One reason was because it is Local. Another reason,and more important, was the fact that I had recently had several rooms painted by folks at ASAP Which is another venture by the same people as Kitchen Concepts. I had been very pleased with all aspects of the Experience. Having the Kitchen remodeled was a much more involved Experience. HOwever,I found that I was equally pleased with All aspects of the transition. Folks working on the job were very considerate and understood The upheaval they were causing me at the time. Plus,they seemed To know their jobs and did excellent work. All the folks at the office were very helpful and didn't mind my Frequent visits with what I felt were dumb questions. I am very pleased with the finished product--Ilove my new Kitchen, and will recommend Kitchen Concepts to my friends.

What can I say about Kitchen Concepts, fantastic! From our first meeting with Ellen, we were convinced that they were the people we wanted to work with. Ellen listened to my wants and needs for our new kitchen. She delivered! I got my spice rack, my bookcase and everything else I wanted. The entire staff were wonderful to work with. We hired Kitchen Concepts after talking to other contractors and we were very happy with our decision. They performed the work according to the agreed schedule and they responded quickly to any concerns we had along the way. Ellen was great when we needed design help and she navigated us through the multiple phases of the project. We love our new kitchen and we gladly recommend Kitchen Concepts for their excellent service.
