We hired Charles to be the architect and ultimately the builder for our home renovation, which included moving walls, new kitchen, new bathroom, gutting existing bathrooms, etc., and he and his team were spectacular! We know quite a few people that have done renovations, large and small, and we are the only ones that can say we actually enjoyed the experience. Charles was very transparent, responsive, attentive to detail, and had great suggestions whenever we needed his input. When the inevitable hiccups came up along the way (mainly things outside of his control), he was quick to keep us updated and provide suggestions on how best to move forward. His estimates were spot on, he and Bob kept our place clean while they were working, and even though we dragged our feet on some of the design decisions, our project was completed on time and on budget. All in all, we’re very pleased with the result and would hire Charles again in a heartbeat.

We recently renovated our kitchen and went with a commercial style Kraus Single Lever Pull Out Kitchen Faucet Chrome KPF-1602. The price could not be beat and it has now been 1 full year of regular use with no problems or issues. The faucet works perfectly, looks great and we get complimented every time someone enters our kitchen. Great product!

I had a kraus kbu14 sink installed under my quartz countertop on December 18, 2014. When plumbing was going to be hooked up, I noticed round hole cut out for drain was not stamped out uniformly and drain and strainer did not sit in flush or straight. One side sticks up. Kraus sent two other drain/strainers which just arrived on December 30. One was a different color than the sink and the other, there was a space between the hole and drain - defeats purpose of strainer. Kraus agreed my sink was defective and would replace my it. January 5 new sink arrived. Turns our it was someone's return from August. Their paperwork was in the box. The sink was not in the box correctly, drainer and parts scattered all over. Tape everywhere. That sink was also defective, probably why it was returned. I had a real hard and frustrating time dealing with Kraus. Turns out they do not stand behind the guarantee of the workmanship of their products.

Kraus is a top notch company. Their stainless sinks are only made in 16 gauge, which is above and beyond the industry standard. They fulfill and ship orders out quickly, and are consistently and constantly designing with today's trends in mind. You will not find a better buy online.

A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. We enjoy selling and working with Kraus, and look forward to doing even more business together in 2014.

Kommenteret: How is the pot filler activated?Thanks for reaching out. The pot filler on our KPF-1603 is the primary water source once the faucet is turned on. You can also activate the sprayer by squeezing the spray head.
