3 Lights Design

Thomas and his team are fantastic to work with. With the heart of an artist and the mind of an entrepreneur, Thomas crafts architectural photos and videos that create a bridge between the the ethos of the designer and the deepest needs and wishes of potential clients. We hired him to photograph three of our architecture projects and also to make a video to showcase our team's unique design process. I have worked with Thomas on interior design photography for four years. Thomas has done an amazing job photographing multiple projects for us. He has a keen eye for detail and style. I especially appreciate his handle on technology - he brings his computer with him so we can see how the shots are materializing and changes can be made on the spot. The shoots may take a little longer than others but the result is worth the time. He captures even small spaces really well, showing them without a 'fish eye' look. Working in the Bay Area and our smaller homes, that is a major bonus. Thomas is professional, courteous and conscientious of timelines - he has a really prompt turnaround time and is always respectful.

Being relatively new to the bay area, I was searching for a photographer for my interior design projects when I came across Thomas Kuoh's Houzz profile. His work was so beautiful that I knew I had to work with him. He is both highly professional and very comfortable, guiding me through the process with such ease. He has an amazing eye for styling and expertly captured the personality of each space with wide angle shots, vignettes and details. The project he shot was later awarded a Design Excellence Award by ASID and I attribute much of that honor to his talent in telling the story. I feel like I found a real gem and look forward to working with him on upcoming projects.
