As a builder, I have 17 years of experience. I have both my residential and commercial contractor licenses. I'm also a licensed real estate broker. So, I'm truly immersed in the local community and real estate industry. This keeps me current with the popular trends of the day and the fundamental aspects of what makes a quality home. We've all heard people talk about how much they love their new home, but hope they never have to go through the nightmare of building a home again. We were recently affected by the flood in LA and lost our home. We found Lynch construction Group and personally met with Mr. Lynch to get an estimate for a new construction home. He was very nice but was on the high end for pricing. After meeting with several other builders, we saw that his allowances were very generous and from the estimate it would be a nice, quality built home. As compared to other builders, they gave very little allowances and was skimping on things to increase their profit margin. Also, Mr.Lynch was very organized and well prepared with his presentation of the estimate verses the other builders that we spoke with. If I were in a better position and had not recently lost my house due to the flood, this is the type of builder I would hire. Due to the impact of the flood my husband and I will be contracting this house ourselves to try and somewhat recover from the August 16 flood.

Robert Lynch of Lynch Construction Group has done a fantastic job rebuilding my home after the August 2016 flood. He is is very upbeat and professional as is his office staff and Project Manager. His subs are craftsman, punctual and do good quality work. Some people act like they care but Robert truly cares about doing a top notch job. It has been a pleasure working with him on the rebuild of my home.

Buyer beware. While Robert is very charming, he is nothing more than a salesman. This project went wrong from the under bidding to get the job to the end when he didn't want to pay the sub contractors. It would take pages and pages to list everything that went wrong but I don't want to give it any more thought than I already have. I am only writing this review in case there is anyone thinking of hiring him to make repairs after the flood. This project cased me great grief and heart ache as my husband and I are in our retirement years and needed this remodel for a retirement home.

At Lynch Construction Group we work very hard to provide each customer with a detailed description regarding what can be accomplished within their budget. We understand that many times a client will decide to increase their budget during the project once they get to selections. Any cost overages on Ms. Morell's project were due to selections outside the budgeted allowances. Due to particular circumstances for this client, she provided us with a budget to work within and we had to value engineer and reduce the scope of work per Ms. Morell's approval. We were trying to assist Ms. Morell in rebuilding in the best way possible within her expressed budget. We believe that the remodel was completed in a timely and high quality manner within the budget provided unless selections were made outside of the allowances. In those cases, Ms. Morell was provided with the cost differences. We stand behind our process and we always communicate with our clients as we move through the process.

We worked with Robert Lynch on a complete main bathroom remodel earlier this year. He was extremely helpful and accessible. The project was completed more quickly than what others had estimated, and his subcontractors were all very professional, capable, and willing to listen to all concerns. Robert addressed all issues and questions that arose in a timely and friendly manner. We now have a beautiful and much more functional bathroom. Robert was always available when needed, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any remodeling project. It was a pleasure to work with him.

This project was a big job. We added a patio, arches, and an outdoor fireplace, changed the roof line of our house, replaced the old roof and added a new roof to cover the new patio. Robert helped us make all this become a reality. For months he diligently and patiently worked with us, from the inception of this project to its end, willing to change plans when we wanted to and advising us when we needed help making up our minds. His expertise and knowledge were greatly appreciated and his warm and congenial personality was an added plus.His teams did great work. Robert followed their progress closely and orchestrated the arrival of the various teams. The result is our beautiful back patio and a brand new roof. It was a pleasure working with Robert and should we ever do another building project, we shall definitely call on him again. We very warmly recommend Robert to anybody looking for a fine contractor. They will be pleased.

Huge fan of Lynch Construction Group!! Robert has always been a pleasure to work with. He brings great energy to any job that he puts his hands on. Customers are always pleased with his attention to detail and his ability to come up with solutions, if unexpected happenings occur. He is excellent at meeting customers expectations with the finished result of his project. He gives honest budget numbers and is truly transparent with his customers. When it comes to finding efficient ways to get a project done, there is no one better than Lynch Construction Group . No job or project is too big or small for them to handle.
