On average, a fully staged property, including furnishings and accessories, costs between 1%-2% of the value of the property in order to achieve an 8%-10% increase in sale price. Our staged interiors are designed for the intended end result without compromising on the aesthetic. We work within your budget to excite the imagination of your audience, be that a buyer or a tenant.

After struggling to sell our terraced house in London we contacted Claire for some suggestions on how we could make the place sellable. We needed quick, cheap advice that didn't require any major renovations or redecoration. Claire suggested her Online Staging Consultation service would be what we needed. We sent her photos of our house and within 2 days we received a comprehensive report on what improvements we could make. Easy!!! And we were VERY very pleased with the result!!!

We wanted to put our Edwardian terraced house on the market but knew we had to smarten it up in order to achieve the best possible price. I called Claire, from Léa+Box Interiors, to arrange a consultation and discuss what needed to be done. Claire was so helpful and, after considering which of her services would best suit my needs, she put together a bespoke package which included a mix of interior design and staging services. I chose to project manage everything myself but Claire was always available to answer my questions, advise on suppliers, accompany me to choose carpets and to check on the painting work! Along with suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of myself, having Claire in the background was the support and motivation I needed to get my house ship shape and ready for sale.
