I have had excellent experiences with Leitner Construction. I had a bathroom remodeled by this company and had such a good experience I had another bathroom done a year later! Because my house was built in 1964, the bathrooms were due for a total makeover with everything needing to be replaced. I let them know up front my general price range and they stayed within that. I so appreciated the help they provided me in selecting tile and hardware as the work progressed. The project manager checked in with me on a daily basis telling me what would be happening next and answering any questions I had. I love my custom-made cabinets which are functional and beautiful. If I need additional remodeling, my first call will be to Leitner Construction.

Leitner Construction did a complete kitchen remodel as well as various smaller projects related to the remodel which included hardwood floors through the kitchen, dining room and hallway, new lighting fixture installation in the same, on our deck, and in other rooms of the house. Paul from Leitner guided us through design, selections, suggested additional improvements, managed all the details, scheduling, timing and provided the services of qualified and talented sub-contractors. Additionally, all issues discovered along the way were handled promptly and appropriately, limiting stress. The project results are beyond our expectations!

I have used Leitner construction several times. They are quick to respond, very friendly and very professional. The first time I called them was when I had a hot water pipe burst under my home causing more damage than you would imagine. For the next two months I they worked to restore my home to a livable condition. Everything from getting all the water out of my home to new sheetrock, all new pipes in my home, refinished hardwood floors, a BEAUTIFUL new laundry room (everything in it including new floors), to the now cleanest crawl space you can imagine. They are pretty much amazing! I can't wait to be able to afford to redo my kitchen and master bath. They will for sure be the ones I call to get the job done!!! Kelsey Hornibrook

Working with Leitner Construction for our Master Bed/Bath remodel was a wonderful experience! They carefully and patiently helped us through every step of design demolition, building and finishing. All of Tim's sub contractors were professional and respectful of our privacy and comfort. I felt safe having them in my home while we were away and always came home to a neat and tidy work site. The best part was they all came in on time and on budget - no surprises! Two and a half years later we are still thrilled with our Master Suite.

I am a professional interior designer. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Leitner Construction to do another job for me. As a designer, my work is only as good as my designs and finish selections. Where the tough work comes is finding a contractor that promises what he delivers. More importantly finding one that manages their tradespeople in a professional and provides a quality product that exceeds one's expectations. I found all that with Leitner Construction. The finished the job on time and the client was delighted. I plan to use Leitner Construction again, and highly suggest anyone consider them. Stellar contractors are definitely a blessing.
