We engaged Lesley from Hamlyn & Co to advise on updating an older house we had recently purchased. The house was built in the fifties and in original condition. Lesley advised on a range of interior design features including paint colours, floor and window covering, kitchen design, lighting and furnishings. She also sourced reputable suppliers and installers at a competive cost and with great results. Lesley was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always professional, helpful and proactive. She was inspirational with her ideas while always mindful of our own tastes and budget. We are thrilled with the result of her work having turned an ugly duckling into a pleasurable living space. We engaged Lesley from Hamlyn & Co to help us with a number of different areas in our home including a bathroom, entry and outdoor area. Incorporating existing furniture pieces, she came up with a style and design solutions to meet the needs of our family and lifestyle. As a mum, Lesley understood the importance of storage and designed and produced beautiful custom joinery for our living and entry as well as sourcing additional items from her many suppliers. The whole process was easy and stress free. We’d highly recommend Hamlyn & Co and look forward to working with them on other areas of our home in the future.
