LINEOFFICE Architecture is an award-winning full-service architecture studio committed to developing innovative design solutions. Our work is characterized by an attention to detail and refinement of material assembly. We approach each project as an opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with our clients. Early client meetings are centered around open-ended conversation. We work to help our clients outline practical goals and objectives as well as sometimes less tangible, but no less important, dreams and desires. Throughout the design phase we produce extensive two-dimensional drawing and advanced three-dimensional models and renderings. These tools and various other presentation techniques allow us to clearly describe and illustrate the design to our clients. Our goal is to continuously refine the project as its parameters become more focused and better understood. The collaborative approach extends to our work during construction. We establish a close relationship with builders in order to maintain the design integrity of the project and the successful implementation of every element and detail. To support the work and adapt to the varied programmatic requirements of each project and project type the office pulls from a large network of consultants in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. This network of experience and our focused attention help maintain the construction schedule and budget throughout the fluid construction process. Ross Hummel, as Principal Architect, maintains involvement with each client, builder and consultant on every project at all stages of the design and construction process.
