She is very knowledgeable about the whole process of a remodel and of the options for cabinetry. Great personality to deal with and very professional. Laura at Kitchens Galore helped us from the ‘blank state’ to cabinet design to (almost!) fully installed. We are very happy with the cabinet quality and how the room looks overall. So much more functional — and pretty — than our outdated 1990’s kitchen. I really like the Bertch cabinets we ordered from Kitchens Galore as they are able to do a custom color which was BM Vintage Vogue. The 'built in' looking wall of cabinets is our pantry and it turned out stunning. The natural 'rift cut oak' used on the island is beautiful including the dishwasher panel. There are really so many options you can choose to include or not in your design. All materials were delivered without damage and were able to be held until ready to be installed.

Love my new kitchen from Kitchens Galore! My top requirement for cabinets was that the paint would not chip, as did my last cabinets that were built locally then sprayed on site. Barely lasted 2 years before serious chipping and flaking occurred in high use areas. Laura’s cabinets are catalyzed conversion varnish so the paint is super hard and durable. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs running around, and cook/bake a lot, so I didn’t want to baby my cabinets. These are perfect! Laura had many great ideas and didn’t balk at my many many many specifications and oddities that this project entailed. This was a very complicated order due to an extensive remodel and unique things we had to work around in a 1940s house. Plus I wanted everything to be beautiful as well as functional. So often kitchens are built with more emphasis on function, but I wanted my space to be something truly special and uplifting. They are a serious investment however, and it takes a long time for the cabinets to arrive, so plan early in your remodel before demo. But after cooking 3 meals a day in the kitchen over the past six months, it’s been worth the wait! I love how smooth the drawers glide and all the fun touches like a mixer lift, angled spice drawers, bread drawer, and roll out onion/potato baskets. These are cabinets for a lifetime!

I had Laura design a kitchen remodel for me and couldn’t be happier. She took my ideas and ran with them presenting me with a well thought out plan. I was even happier when the cabinets arrived, they had all the bells and whistles I wanted and then some.

We were referred to Laura by our contractor, who told us Laura had the highest quality cabinets and tons of experience in kitchen design. Between the two of them, we were able to transform our teeny tiny kitchen and dining room into a huge open concept kitchen space that is still small but gives the illusion of being a grand space. Laura understood that we both spend a ton of time in the kitchen and that we wanted a space that would look gorgeous but also be highly functional, and that is exactly what we got. We love spending time in our kitchen and it’s everything we hoped for. If I had realized how hard the cobalt color we picked would be to keep clean and free of little dings and nicks, we might have gone with a different color or Laura’s highest end cabinets (ours are Bertch). Both our white and cobalt painted cabinets are already showing a little abuse, but, the kitchen was meant to be cooked in. Laura also helped us take a cool photo we found on Instagram and transformed it into a spectacular master vanity with upper pullouts that is both highly functional and completely stunning in white oak.

I had the pleasure of working with Laura for our full home cabinet needs. Laura was wonderful in taking our inspiration photos for our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry and making our dreams the reality we have today! Laura was a pleasure to work with. with her expertise and her eye for detail. We met with Laura and explained the large open concept kitchen and family room we wanted which meant moving walls and a complete overhaul of the kitchen. Laura has so much experience that she quickly developed a plan for moving walls and creating an open space. We worked together on the tradeoffs for design and she was helpful with her years of expertise. Then came the cabinet design and details. Not only were her cabinet products the highest quality, but she was knowledgeable about where each cabinet should be placed in the kitchen for aesthetics and functionality. We are extremely happy with the kitchen and family room updates. I highly recommend Laura for your kitchen remodel.
