This purchase was made for a medical office. We are in the process of deciding what our next move is, either expanding or remodeling the whole office. But before that, we were in dire need for new chairs in one of the offices. I specifically mentioned to Kimberly this would lead to more within a year or so. She was very helpful in finding us nice chairs that were special ordered and also assisting with the choices of fabric. We also wanted a stool recovered and she said they had the services for that. Everything was chosen in late Feb. 2018. We were told it could take 8- -12 weeks . The measurements for the fabric and piping for the reupholster were sent to her within a weeks time. the chairs were delivered in the appropriate time, however with numerous contacts about the stool and when that would be started was neglected. The fabric hadn’t been ordered and by then the piping we chose was discontinued. On the up side Luxe had a loaner stool we could use while ours was being reupholsteed. The upholstering took over a month to get completed. All in all we have some quality chairs, however we are very disenchanted with the service that was offered at the store and with Kimberly. I tried to make a payment to them one day and because Kimberly wasn’t in, they wouldn’t take it. Which of course caused another trip to the store when Kimberly was there. Unfortunately, when we ready to start redoing our office in the next few months we will be looking elsewhere.

We had a terrible experience with Luxe and their designer Stacy Stater. I would not recommend them for future use. When we initially met with their designer, we made it clear that we had a list of "must haves" in our redesign project. She wrote them down and started helping us get quotes on them as some were not things Luxe could offer - like exterior painting. We made our budget very clear from the beginning and stressed we could not go over. Ms. Stater and Luxe pre-ordered items from their store before the quotes were all in on the other "must haves" that made it impossible for us to afford to change our "must haves". When we asked them to make this right by just cancelling some of the things they ordered, they cited to a 3 day clause we had to cancel found in fine print on the back of their invoice. In attempt to compromise, we asked them to sell the items they ordered on their floor showroom so they would not lose any money. They refused. We found items that they ordered at other stores for almost 1/2 the cost. When we asked to cancel the orders on those items that were clearly overpriced or at least match the other stores prices, they refused. Their only offer was to cancel the items but insisted we would still have to pay 50% of the cost to Luxe. So we would write a check to Luxe for 50% of the item and "get" to return it - losing 50% of the investment and having nothing to show for it. It was a very bad experience and we do not feel like we were treated fairly. I am happy to speak further about additional issues if you would like to contact me privately. Tina Bell

Iron men construction

Have been pleasantly surprised at the depth of design and price that is offered by Luxe. The items we selected are high quality and updated design at very reasonable prices. Shelby and her team make selection easy and were very accommodating to our changes. Never felt pressured to overspend and they were very open to incorporating what we already owned.

Stacy Stater Designs

Stacy is the quintessential designer. She is professional, prompt and has spectacular taste, a keen eye for style and contacts to make every dreamed up detail a reality. I have worked with her for 3 years on an entire home project--from furniture to rugs to chandeliers to complete bathroom decor. All have been stunning. She goes out of her way to make it all happen, weekends and evenings and has even been able to manage all of the in-home work whilst I'm busy at work. I've come home to unbelievable transformations. Couldn't be happier. Do not even question if you should be working with her. It would be a mistake to pass up her ability and art to complete your project.

I'm in the process of redecorating my entire home. After many years of no changes, it's time for a facelift. Shelby came to my home and is facilitating this project. Her expertise and knowledge is incredible. From new furniture to decorating ideas, she is able to turn this house into a comfortable home. I couldn't be happier. We are taking this room by room so the entire project will take about a year. I am so glad I selected Shelby to guide me through this process. She's absolutely great! Thanks Shelby!
