Shower pan and tub grout cracked within three months of install and after repeated text messaging and lack of response I had to have another contractor repair it. Very disappointed.

So pleased to have found Magallanez Remodeling and Construction. This was my first remodel and Omar saved me more than once from making an error when planning this bathroom design. Omar and his team were extremely polite, skilled, knowledgeable, and always cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. It quickly became clear to me that service is first and foremost with Omar. He truly wants you to be happy with your remodel and I couldn't be more thrilled with how ours turned out. I am getting ready to pick out materials for second bathroom remodel. What a relief to know I have finally found a contractor that I can trust and is reliable.

Omar and his team are not only personable but knowledgeable and professional. I have worked on several projects with Omar on my house from bathroom remodels to flooring to a complete fireplace remodel. His work is excellent! We had to live in our house during our remodel and Omar went to amazing lengths to keep the debris and dust confined to that space, using temporary "wall" kits. I trust him completely and have been seeking his advice on new projects that we are considering. He is my 'go to' contractor and the one that I trust to recommend to friends. Finding a contractor that has such pride in his work, takes care of his team, shows up consistently on site and leaves your house clean and looking beautiful is RARE!!!! I recommend Magallanez Remodeling hands down!

Omar oversaw all details and came by our home at least once daily. His team was courteous, professional and thorough. They protected our furniture and carpeting and meticulously cleaned up each day. Omar provided suggestions regarding our tile choices and accompanied us when we purchased it. His ideas re pony walls and the pattern of the floor made the finished project even better than we'd imagined. The finished product was on time and on budget. There were no surprises other than this was an excellent experience!. Truly five star--- I have already recommended to several friends.

They were all so polite and courteous and they were great at keeping me in the loop on progress and next steps. Omar and his crew were wonderful! They remodeled two bathrooms of ours and did an extraordinary job. Omar also connected me with Lori Ramsay who professionally designed the projects. Omar was very courteous to us and was quick to deal with issues as they arose. He always made himself available to answer questions and rectify problems (which were few and far between). He was very tuned in to the needs of the customer. We highly recommend Omar Magallanez for any remodeling projects.
