The Manager fixed a problem with a delivery that was holding up the completion of our pool. The sandblast finish looks great! We got the whitest marble Ayfron Cloud and it looks modern and fresh with straight edges.

I typically am not one to write a reveiw but feel it is necessary to praise the Marmiro product as well as their customer service. We undertook a large reno, consisting of a new pool, deck and pool house. Our favorite part of the job are the beautiful stones around the pool which we have received many compliments on. It turned out our contractor did not install the stones properly and thus the stones started cracking!!! Dana at Marmiro was more them helpful to help us rectify this. She made sure we got our replacement stones asap. This could have been a huge and costly project as well as emotional if Dana and Marmiro was not as knowledgeable, understanding and helpful as they were!

Marmiro Stones turned our very modest 2nd bathroom into a little piece of luxe that we never thought we could have achieved in our home! The flooring, wall tile, marble details are of top notch quality and arrived promptly for our job. Heidi was onsite every step of the way, guiding our installer and making sure the vision we discussed came to fruition! Our experience with Marmiro went smoothly, customer service above and beyond that we whole-heartedly recommend this company.

Very poor delivery time and even worse customer service. 4-6 weeks became 15. Delayed entire project and they were never straightforward about when materials would actually be delivered. When it was finally delivered, 3 out of 3 radius cuts were wrong. No effort to make it right. Zero.

We appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the experience you had. After tracking your order in our system we found that this was purchased through one of our dealers. The purchase date we had was June 2nd, and the last of your order was shipped August 2nd. We stayed true to our 8 week promise based on when we received a purchase order and not a verbal commitment. An additional option for material was given to your dealer that was readily available. As for the custom pieces, the pool deck radius was already existing when templated and per your contractors instructions they were going to build out the steps to the radius of the concrete. After templating, the steps in the pool were modified, and we were not notified by your contractor of the change in design, which resulted in the additional linear footage added. In good faith, you received a compensation credit from Marmiro and the dealer. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact our Sales Rep John DeRosa at john@marmiro.com or please call 410-642-4026. Thank you for notifying us of your experience, and we hope to work with you again in future.

Real Renovations of NJ INC

We recently worked with Marmiro Stones, and their marble tiles are beautiful. We worked with Dana, and we are very happy with her professionalism. Not only was she great to work with, her pattern designs where absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this company, and we will continue to use them.

Their knowledge of their product, from raw material thru installation, is complete.They are well informed and attentive to customer needs and detail.. I recently had the pleasure of working with Marmiro Stones, Inc. I am not one who usually spends the time to write a review, but this time is different. To say that every aspect of working with Marmiro Stones, Inc was an absolute pleasure is an understatement. I used their company to supply stone and tile in multiple rooms for my home renovation. I'm not sure what aspect to compliment first. Their service and assistance in stone choice was top notch. Their prices beat any competitor in a far reaching area. But most of all, and what I continue to get compliments on is the quality of their product. Even my builder, who is well known for work in high end homes, commented multiple times on the quality of the stone and tile. I can truly say, having chosen Marmiro Stones, Inc to supply all the stone and tile in my renovation has added value beyond my expectations. To chose anyone else is only doing yourself a disservice. Casa Conde and Associates

Purchasing and delivery of material for floor and walls for private residence in the Middle East. This was our latest project with them, but have a long history of working with them in a lot of different projects having nothing but good things to say about their quality and professionalism. Being in the interior design business we haven't encounter any other company with this level of professionalism not only in flooring but in any other discipline.
