This is meant to endorse my incredibly positive experience with work carried out by Cross Creek Nursery. They designed and installed a gravel and slate walkway in a very difficult location. The area is sloped and prone to water runoff. Mark McAuliffe suggested this type of walkway because of the good drainage that it affords. His crew was very professional, well skilled, and courteous. They installed the path as scheduled with an excellent choice and placement of the slate on the gravel foundation. After a couple of weeks water runoff slightly eroded a small side of the walkway. Without question, Mark responded immediately and remedied the situation with "chalet stone" for reinforcement. Another excellent choice and suggestion. All of the stone was supplied and installed at no cost which is amazing in this time of all too common poor customer service. One could see that Mark truly cared about making things right and standing behind his work. To this day there is no erosion, and the walkway is a functional and attractive addition to the yard. Cross Creek also installed a low dry stack wall in the adjacent sloping rear yard. Again, the stones were well chosen and skillfully placed. I had a few suggestions about moving the stones, and this was done willingly and carefully with a fine aesthetic. They transformed an unremarkable rear yard into a pleasing and defined space for planting shrubs, perennials, and annuals. I cannot praise their service enough, and their ability to please the customer. I highly recommend Cross Creek Nursery to design and create a landscape environment for you that is both high quality and affordable.

I contracted Cross Creek to improve our backyard landscaping. Several large arborvitae were planted as a privacy barrier, and a large crepe myrtle and an ornamental maple were also planted. A section of permanent wrought iron fencing had to be removed in the process. Not only did this company's team do an excellent job with the plantings, which were of high quality, but it also repositioned the fence, cemented it back in place, and painted the affected area for us. There was literally no cleanup left for us to do. Their employees were uniformly courteous and highly professional. We have used many landscape services in the past as we have lived on this property for almost 30 years, but we had never before experienced this degree of impeccable service. I highly recommend this landscape company.

Cross Creek installed Trek decking where our existing deck is and designed and installed a new two tier patio with a fire pit and waterfall below it. The experience was fantastic! Everyone from the designer to the installers were extremely professional and polite. Very easy to work with. We LOVE what they did and have enjoyed it so much. Everyone who sees it is just amazed on how the area was transformed and what it looks like now. I can't say enough good things about Cross Creek. We now even have them doing our lawn maintenance - which has been great as well!

Austin and his team from Cross Creek did a super job on our fire pit and landscaping. It far exceeded our expectations. It was amazing to see a drawing come to life and to be able to enjoy and experience it. The Cross Creek team was prompt and courteous. Mark Mcauliffe provided a comprehensive visual design/layout and detailed specs for a hardscape patio. The design included additional features he suggested, including a rock garden, plantings, and a rock bubbler. A dry creek bed was also incorporated. Another part of the project was repair to a walled bridge across a creek on our driveway. Cross Creek was able to break down the existing wall and salvage the stones, so we didn't have to pay for new stone. The transformation of our backyard was astounding. The work was top notch. All personnel were very courteous and professional, and answered our questions or referred them questions to a supervisor for follow-up. We have had this kind of work done in the past by other providers, and were very disappointed in the quality of the work. In contrast, Mark ensured the highest quality, and made sure that all aspects were completed to our satisfaction. The project team requested interim check-ins to confirm that we were satisfied. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Unused hardscape product was removed and credited to the final cost. We were very pleased with all work performed, and would highly recommend Mark and Cross Creek to anyone interested in a hardscape project.

Very knowledgable of plants and recommended species that worked in the planting areas. Very focused on customer satisfaction and worked with us to deliver the product we expected. Pricing is very reasonable for the area, and I will use them again!

Did a complete replacement of our front of house landscape and added a blue stone walkway and exterior lighting. Excellent work and well managed project. Cross Creek was a pleasure to work with.
