My family and I went to this store on a Saturday. There was only one person - John - working/helping 3 or 4 couples which caused extremely long wait times. When he did help us and learned what we wanted, he left us abruptly to help another couple that came in after us and he never came back to finish our service. We waited another 20-30 minutes and he NEVERcame back to help. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

We apologize for your most recent experience at our showroom. We are a small individually owned and operated company with a set schedule of 2 associates to work a Saturday shift. This other associate came ill due to the Flu and it caused John to work the entire day by himself.

We apologize that your wait time for assistance was greater than normal as we normally do a great job of personally assisting each customer that walks into the door and providing one on one consultation for as long as they like. John was pulled into many directions from several different clients that walked into the door and we apologize that he was not able to get back with you prior to you leaving. On days like this, we do ask associates to fill out the proper paperwork so that we can reach out to you for your questions and concerns once the flood of traffic lightens up. It does not appear that you left any information that was asked for you to fill out while at the showroom.

We are a small custom showroom / fabrication company, we specialize in unique jobs that require a lot of detail . If you would allow us the opportunity for a second chance , I know you will be greatly satisfied with your end product.

We remodeled our master bath a few months ago. Miami Circle Marble made the process “seamless”, from beginning to end. I 100% recommend Miami Circle Marble & Fabrication. I was replacing my kitchen countertops and from my first time I walked into the shop to the install and last follow up - everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. The product is excellent and the timing for the replacement process was fit to my schedule.

I was looking for a very specific type of marble - Alabama White Marble. I went to 5 large marble disturbers and did not find what I wanted. Nata at Miami Circle Marble was WONDERFUL to work with. She took an interest in finding exactly what I wanted and brought it in from Alabama! I was able to get what I wanted because of Miami Circle Marble's reputation in the industry and relationship with the quarry. Others blew me off and tried to steer me on to something else. Many Marble centers in Atlanta would try to steer me towards quartz and asked me if I had thought long and hard about buying marble! It was discouraging! Not Nata! Nata at Miami Circle made me feel confident in my choice and appreciated the beauty of natural stone as much as me! There is no comparison to the real thing. Miami Marble was also the ONLY one to offer a 15 year DuPont Sealer. The sealer is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend it. If you want to have a timeless piece of marble then go visit Nata at Miami Marble. They have the BEST selection. The install was seamless. We truly had a great experience and will use them again when we do our bathrooms.

Kommenteret: Is this tile Mayfair Volakas?No, this is the natural Greek marble Volakas. The ThinSlabz come 3/8" x 60" x 96." We can import larger sizes for special orders. This is a natural material, not man-made.
