A great business. Logan oversaw the add on to our hunting camp and did an awesome job. We would highly recommend M&S to everyone. If we ever build again, we will most certainly use this wonderful company. George & Darlene Williams

Very undependable. He came out and measured for a bathroom edition and siding project. He said probably a month before he could get to the job. When contacted at two months, we received a contract for $22,000.00. We had not seen a plan for how the bathroom would be configured. I drafted a scale drawing of a suggested floor plan. M&S wanted $7500.00 first draw to start the work. Next thing we are notified that they can't get to the job until July, which would have been okay with us since we don't live at the lake cabin. M&S suggested we find someone who could get to it sooner. When we said we could wait, Sharon told us they wouldn't be able to do our project. So now the process starts all over with a 300 mile trip to meet other contractors.

Building or remodeling a home requires a unique relationship between owner and builder that we place an extremely high value on. Ultimately, we felt you would be better served by another contractor for your project. This review should have been written months ago... Michael, Sharon, Logan and Meaghan are all absolutely wonderful. My completed home was beautiful. They are all professional and receptive. Their process is transparent and they have no hidden fees. I would definitely trust them, without hesitation, to build another home.

M&S Paris Construction remodeled our home that my husbands' grandfather built in the mid 1950s. They were able to provide us guidance and expertise on maintaining the sentimental aspects while balancing our modern/contemporary style. They were extremely professional and were always available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. They were flexible in incorporating the changes that we made along the way. Their contractors were always kind, thorough, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the high quality remodel and definitely recommend M&S Paris Construction!

This the second remodel the Paris have done for us and we are having them give us an estimate on the outside next. They remodeled kitchen several years ago and bathrooms this year. They are very professional, work with trustworthy and talented people and do a wonderful job staying on budget and a terrific accounting procedure. Definitely recommend !!!

We had our kitchen and bathroom at our lake house remodel. We also had new flooring in our living room put in.. The Paris's did an amazing job! They were so prompt answering every email and phone call. Sharon has a great eye for design! I highly reccomend M & S Paris for construction!!

What a great update to an amazing lake house. The clear coat hickory cabinets with Moth Grey walls give you such a cool, lake feeling. Painting the dark brink fireplace with the accent grey brings the laminate wood floor together for easy lake use. This project was exciting and we know many more great lake memories will be made there.

M&S Construction designed and built a lake house for our family. Extensive excavation and site prep work were required. The house is approx. 3,000 S.F. Two story, 4 bedroom 4 -1.2 bath. Kitchen, dining, and living area all open concept. Sliding doors to large wrap around porch overlooking the lake. Stone fireplace. Hardwood floors. Beautiful stained pecan wood cabinetry. This team works well together and with the homeowner. They stayed within the agreed upon time frame and budget. We are very pleased with our experience.

We hired M&S construction based on a referral from our realtor. We had a basic understanding of what we wanted but they helped us bring clarity to our project. Once we knew what we were going to do they drew up an estimated budget that we worked off of. In the end they came in under budget and completed the project on time. They communicated well with us all during the project and even helped with colors and choices. We are pleased with their workmanship and with their subs. The subs were respectful of our home and the Paris's went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get things done.
