As their creative partner, I am always blown away by their own creativity, attention to detail and levels at which they deliver an exceptional home owner experience, from planning and executing, to delivering incredible product. I found Murray Homes to be extremely professional and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and helped educate me on many aspects of our rehab so I could make intelligent decisions that I was comfortable with. They assigned a foreman to my project that is outstanding and saw it through from beginning to end. I have heard many stories of questionable workmanship by other contractors from other condo owners and feel very fortunate to have had Murray Homes working on my behalf. The quality standards of work that are their trademark exceeded my own expectations. I strongly recommend them.

We are a custom interior design firm and recently completed a project with Murray Homes. Working closely with the Murray team was a seamless collaboration met with enthusiasm for a year and a half. Murray Homes consistently communicated with team members throughout the process and tackled very custom details with careful thought and precision. I recently sat with the homeowners who expressed A++++ satisfaction for Steve & the Murray Homes team, the architect and interior design. From the start of the design process to the final walk through, Murray Homes exceeded our expectations! Steve Murray's level of integrity is apparent throughout his entire organization including the subcontractors he hires. Our project manager was the BEST with his experience and temperament to make it happen no matter how challenging the situation! Each month, we were given detailed, inclusive statements and budget reports so there were no unwelcome surprises. Our house is truly a dream come true, and without hesitation, I would highly recommend Murray Homes!

Working with Murray Homes is a pleasure. I am a German immigrant and design custom residential homes, I am used to a organized and professional work environment, in my opinion, that is not easy to find in Florida. Steve Murray's team did an amazing job on our canal-front home. We were 2,500 miles away for most of the construction using technology to stay in touch and on top of things. Only had two "bumps in the road" which were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Murray Homes completed the project on time and on budget. I would hire Steve again and whole-heartedly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to build a quality home on or near the water. The project is over - the punch list is completed and we are enjoying our new home.

As far as General Contractors are concerned, Murray Homes has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to problem solve is crucial to the success of a project, Murray Homes and their very competent staff has delivered to a much higher level than we would expect from the trade. Our last project with them was a noteworthy residence on Long Boat Key and I know that the client is elated with the end product as he rightfully should be. Murray Homes is outstanding! In 14 months MH constructed a custom, waterfront 5,000 square foot home with attention to detail and quality beyond any reasonable expectation. Supervision was constant, sincere and efficient; MH ownership attention and presence was constant with unlimited accessibility; all subcontractors were respectful and delivered as contracted; flexibility and interest in responding to the unexpected (which is ordinary and customary for everyone at some point) was amazing. I could not more highly recommend Murray Homes.

Murray Homes completed our home on St. Armands Key in June of 2013. Steve Murray and his staff make the building process stress-free. Everyone from the superintendents to the office staff are highly professional and extremely organized. I would highly recommend Murray Homes if you are looking to build or remodel in the Sarasota area.
