Here at Nature’s Apprentice we can take your project from “concept through completion”. Our process begins with an on-site consultation to introduce our firm and learn about your goals for the project(s) at hand. If you decide to move forward, one of our landscape designers will then visit your home to take field notes and measurements and begin to craft a plan to meet your goals… and hopefully exceed your expectations. Upon completing the revision process and finalizing a plan with you, we will interface with the town for permits and any necessary approvals. Then the fun really begins! With approvals in hand, we will proceed to transform your grounds, in a professional and courteous manner, into the landscape that you have only dreamt about. We manage everything. We also make every effort to keep an open dialogue through-out the construction process to address any concerns or questions that arise along the way. We have used Natures Apprentice on a few occasions. We had a very large transformation of our back yard consisting of multi layered boulder walls, a large paver area surrounding the pool, and a large patio area. Beautiful plantings and lawn areas were used to complete the project. Our front yard was redone with a new paver walkway from the driveway to the front door and all new plantings. Although seemingly simple, the old walkway, landscaping, and a few very large trees had to be removed in order to complete the project. All work was designed by Sean and blue prints describing every detail, including the plantings, were presented and discussed prior to any work. When the projects were completed our yard was left clean as if no one had been there. Sean is a very easy going and a man of his word. We lost a few plantings after a very dry summer and without question they were replaced. I highly recommend Nature's Apprentice for any project large or small. No doubt, you will be happy with your decision to use them.

Sean is great to work with. Many landscape design companies know how to do the basics, but Sean puts the "art" into the equation and does not just rely on the nuts and bolts of executing a plan. He thinks out of the box and comes up with ideas I never would have thought about. I would recommend him to anyone.

We went with a design/build multi-level pool patio. Sean and his crew did a fantastic job. The hardscape included a lot of stairs, elevation changes, and intricate cuts. The craftsmanship was incredible. To this day, nothing has shifted or come loose. We often get compliments including from my family of structural and civil engineers who agree they did an outstanding job.

Sean and the Nature's Apprentice team turned our flat backyard grass into a tropical paradise. I wish I could attach pictures to show how incredible every detail looks. Sean helped us design every inch of our yard and made sure every single detail was perfect. He worked so well with my husband and I and is just all around fantastic and so talented at what he does. I can't sing enough praises about their professionalism as well. The teams were so organized and productive with each day, we couldn't have imagined a better turnout. Everyone who sees our yard always asked who did the work on it.. it is truly a show stopper! I would hire them a million times again- it was such a pleasure! Thank you so much Sean and your amazingly talented team, you exceeded our expectations and we enjoy every day in our backyard oasis!

Very happy with Sean and team. Had him multiple times (flagstone front walk in 2012, tree/landscaping in 2014, multilevel patio/pavilion/fire pit/stone stoop/landscaping in 2016). Don't hesitate. This is the company to hire. These guys are amazing! My project was complex and they took the time to plan, spend time with me, and get it right. Nature's Apprentice did a fantastic job with my property and I am so pleased with the transformation of my yard.. Sean and his team are one of the few service providers that far surpass any expectation you may have. Professional, punctual, reliable and easy to work with.
