Allen & DeLalio Architects, Inc. is a full range design firm founded in 2015 as the next evolutionary step of the collaborative partnership forged in 2010 between Scott H. Allen and Nancy DeLalio. Our design philosophy is that a building should blend both style and functionality in order to meet lifestyle needs while reflecting the personality of the homeowner(s) or business. As a result of this approach, clients find they receive personal solutions to their design needs. Our design repertoire is diverse in nature, so you'll find that you're not limited to any particular style. We feel very lucky and fortunate to have worked with Scott Allen, the architect for our custom built home. Scott did an outstanding job in his design-every person who goes through our house complements Scott's work and design. Scott is attentive, knowledgeable, meticulous about details, and creative. He patiently listened to our ideas and expertly incorporated our needs and requests into a well-crafted and designed plan in a timely manner. He inserted his experience and talent to create a home better than we could have imagined. It is rare to find a person that is as talented as Scott Allen and still is patient, kind, and receptive to clients' ideas. He has our highest recommendation.

Scott Allen was a pleasure to work with on our large home renovation. We redesigned the front of our house, adding a porch, lifting the roof line and putting on an addition in back with a vaulted ceiling. He was particularly helpful picking out new window features, kitchen design, a new gas fireplace/tv design, and a coffered ceiling layout in the kitchen. Our house with transformed with the architectural plans he created. We would definitely recommend him.

We hired Nancy to design a new kitchen and an addition to our 1970's colonial home. We love the results! Nancy is an excellent listener and addressed everything we discussed. Her design ideas integrated solutions for every issue that we were trying to solve with the renovation. She is outstandingly creative with her ideas and solutions. We really appreciated her understanding of how a home with a family actually works. She developed an understanding of how our family functions, and then created designs with that in mind. She was a model of professionalism, consistently kind, and was always patient with our many changes. Nancy is extraordinarily intelligent and excellent at what she does!

I hired Nancy for my Family Room remodeling project and could not be happier with the final result. Nancy designed our new room and prepared the floor plan. She then handled - expertly and efficiently - the logistics and execution of the project down to the smallest details: communications with contractors, color scheme and paint choices, flooring and accessories, timeline and budget, and much more. I especially appreciated Nancy's depth of professional knowledge and her attention to detail - those qualities were instrumental for a successful construction that was completed on time and within the proposed budget. I also love Nancy's impeccable taste and sense of style which helped to transform my outdated room into a cozy, aesthetically pleasing space that became my family's favorite gathering spot. Highly recommend!

Nancy is extremely professional with an unmatched attention to detail. She understood my decision making process and we collaborated very well. She also has beautiful taste and brought many ideas to me that I incorporated into my gorgeous kitchen.

Kommenteret: Siding and colorsThe exterior is an acrylic stucco - a portion of the existing house was already brick with stucco so, we matched what was there. A new color however. We do not have records of what colors were used ...
