I am a subcontractor who did a job for one of their wealthy clients in Princeton NJ. They rushed me to do the work, lied about the down payment and stiffed is for 6500.00!!!!! They don’t honor their word. Beware of a cash poor company that rips off subcontractors.

New Outlooks did a great job for us all the way from the initial scope to meet our needs both from a design aspect and the financial investment. They take care of the details and make it easy to build the plan. Once they begin the work, they communicate, are responsive and keep the site safe and clean. When any issues arose, they handled them promptly and professionally. We have a modern and beautiful kitchen and new flooring. Highly recommend them.

Professional quality and service from design to completion. Excellent project management. Even though this was a relatively small project, it was completed promptly, professionally and courteously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Outlooks or call on them for future projects.

New Outlooks Construction did an outstanding job in our home (& at a very reasonable cost), which had several "handyman" smaller jobs needing to be done. In 4-1/2 hours they did a finer, more professional job with IMMACULATE clean-up than previous contractors who had worked in our home in the last 4 years had done over several months apiece. We'd become so accustomed to mediocre work by contractor after contractor that we were absolutely incredulous at the impeccable work by the New Outlooks workers. We really wish we'd known about New Outlooks 4 years ago when our house renovation project started. We're certain they'd have completed it in 1/2 the time or less with far higher quality of work. We will certainly call them next year when we do the last bit of renovation - a make-over of our downstairs powder room. We highly recommend this company.

can not say enough about how wonderful everyone at New Outlooks has been. My job could not have been an easy one for them as it involved my entire house due to smoke and water damage. A special thanks out to Ben (the lead carpenter) who always went out of his way to be sure everything was done right the first time. He was here when other contractors were on the job, many times when I could not be home. There was never a time when I felt alone on the process. Candice my designer was wonderful, I now have a kitchen which is much more functional not to mention beautiful. I felt that Jon the owner was attentive to any questions or concerns I had during the entire process. I would recommend New Outlooks to anyone who wants to remodel or upgrade or in my case repair and replace after a fire or flood. They get a "A" plus!

We had two projects completed by New Outlooks, a laundry/entryway refit and a basement finished. Both projects ran to time and budget and were completed to a high standard. We found the whole process of working with New Outlooks from deign to completion easy and straightforward and had no concerns about the quality of work which they completed. We are a few months on from completion now and are still very happy with the workmanship, the effort they went to to do the best job for us and also the final 'product'. Both areas function as we wished they would and look amazing: we have no complaints. The fact that whole team who worked with us were always polite, helpful and knowledgable also went a long way to making this a five star recommendation.

We hired New Outlooks to help us with a huge home renovation. We had been working with an architect, but didn't exactly know what to do with our space, or what was the best use of our money. They helped us come up with a plan, worked with us to revise the plan, and provided us with a very thorough estimate along the way. While working on the project, New Outlooks was super communicative. In addition to meeting with us onsite weekly, they responded to emails immediately (so immediately that we started waiting until the morning to email them so no one was replying to us late at night)! They did beautiful work. Our project, which involved removing the original .5 second story on our Cape Cod and turning it into a full 2-story colonial with an added, attached 2 story, 2 car garage, was finished in the projected time: 3 months. Having lived through several of my parents' construction projects, I have never experienced contractors and builders who show up regularly and finish on time. We loved working with them and miss them so much that we're meeting with them again tomorrow to discuss finishing some of the unfinished space.

New Outlooks completely renovated several rooms in our house, including a large kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and designed and created a front porch portico and installed a large sliding door in the family room. We were thoroughly satisfied with all of the work. It is clear that employees have been trained in customer service. They are respectful, honest, and responsive to the slightest request. They were like family by the time the work was completed. We are planning to use them for additional renovations. Their customer service exceptional and is a feature that is very important to us.

Our positive experience with New Outlook Construction began the minute we walked through the showroom door for our first appointment. I was nervous about working with a construction company because we had a budget and needed to stay within that budget. Many people told us that their experience was that it would cost double if we went with a well establish company. We were treated with the highest respect and everyone was willing to work with us to design and construct our master bathroom within our budget. Candice the designer of the project was patience, creative and demonstrated her level of expertise throughout the project. The project began on time and consistently remained on the established timeline for the project. The project manager and all workers who entered our home were extremely neat, polite and professional at all times. The quality of work was excellent. They addressed any concerns as they were uncovered therefore did not have to come back and fix anything when the project was completed. The transformation of the bathroom was astonishing! Updated, classy and highly purposeful! I would without reservation recommend New Outlook Construction for your next project.

New Outlooks did a fantastic job on restoring our bathroom shower area. Water damage from an old window, which was located in the tub area, caused an extensive amount of damage. The entire wall had to be replaced. Estimates for the repair and construction were clearly stated and accurate. All the workmen arrived on time and did meticulous work, paying attention to every detail. A work schedule was planned out most efficiently, with each person doing their part in demolition, construction, plumbing and tile work. They were even able to match the shingles outside the house. Now I know what it feels like to hire real professionals. I confidently recommend New Outlooks for any home improvement project and plan on using them for future projects as well. Bill Plank

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism provided by New Outlooks Construction. The work contracted for and completed was performed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction and expectations. The work ( door jam repair and storm door installation) was completed by Tom under some terrible weather conditions (heavy rain at times). Tom was very courteous and meticulous and exhibited great carpentry skills. I would not hesitate to recommend New Outlooks to family or friends in need of home improvements or repairs.
