Nill Construction was awesome in handling our office remodel. The crew kept us informed on changes and made sure to help our staff continue vital services to clients. Nill stuck to pricing estimates and gave us great remodeling advice.

Nill Construction did an outstanding job as general contractor of my project, which was a $500,000 renovation of a one hundred year old public library in 2018. Nill was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. The employees were all personable and polite. I recommend Nill Construction as a great contractor.

Very competent, thorough and quick with reasonable cost. I would hire Nill Construction again! Extensive repair following a water damage claim and repairs were completed quickly.

I suffered from a severe tibia fracture and couldn't use the steps in our home. Purchased 2 used stair lifts and Nill Construction was there the same week to install. They did a fantastic job and the workers were great and friendly. I definitely will be giving them a call again for future work.

I am so glad we chose Nill Construction to build our new home! Tim helped with initial design all the way through to the last finishing details. He helped me make informed decisions and always made sure I was comfortable with my choices. He spent hours with me to make every detail work! Kathy and his work crew were so nice to work with too! I trust Tim and Kathy; they are honest, hardworking and very caring! When the house was finished it was exactly what I wanted and we really missed hanging out with the Nills! Love them!

Those hours spent designing and going back and forth, were spent well, and were worth every minute in the end. We hired Nill Construction to finish our split-level basement and are extremely satisfied with the end result. Tim was very receptive to our ideas and desires throughout the design process but didn't hesitate to run some of his own by us if he felt they would create a more polished/unique look. Tim also personally fabricated multiple custom pieces (e.g. concrete top vanity, fireplace mantle with hidden shelves for electronics, and floating shelves with LED accent lighting) which ensured our basement was truly one-of-a-kind!

My favorite way to describe the guys from Nill is they are "Genteel Carpenters." Besides the fact their workmanship is second to none, they are just really really good guys.....
