Norwood Architects is a full service, client focused Architectural and Interior Design firm based in West Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia. We approach each project as unique and work to fulfill each individual client's goals and desires. We integrate building and site and use the site to inform the building design. We carry this integrated approach throughout the design process culminating in a home that fits our client's personality, budget and lifestyle. We are very cognizant of our client's budget and provide guidance throughout the design process. We are fluent in multiple architectural styles - from historical to modern. We are also Interior Designers and will assist with the selection of materials, interior finishes and fixtures.

We hired Woody to design a custom home for us. Woody took great care in listening to our wants and needs, which turned our vision into a reality. Although plans changed as the project evolved, Woody was very adaptable at fine tuning the plans and very inventive in finding practical solutions. Not only is Woody talented and detail-oriented but he was professional, collaborative, and accessible throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Woody and would hire him again without hesitation.

We hired Norwood Architects to evaluate a house we were purchasing, to get a sense of its value in consideration of future renovations based on our program requirements. They helped us greatly in determining that the house was appropriate for us based on exisitng structure, price and proposed construction budget. We could be happier with our home purchase, and the counsel that Norwood Architects provided for us was invaluable as we decided whether or not to put in our offer!

Woody spatial recognition is fantastic. His homes have excellent flow. Even with an open plan, each room has it purpose and designated space. I feel his specialty is involving the living space towards the outdoors.
