Outdoor Kitchen Store

We had a terrible experience with this store. Most of the issues are related to design and installation. Our house is very close to the ocean which is why we spent the money for top rated products like Danver Cabinets and Dekton countertops. In order to ensure that our kitchen lasts, we paid extra to have the cabinets fully powder coated. As you can see in the photos, the installation was not done well and we have big gaps between the grill and cabinets and the cabinets and wall. Water can now get inside and corrosion will follow. The store owner also broke several drawers during installation and has not yet fixed one of them. In addition, the design was poor. The grill is not centered against the window which makes the entire island look awkward. We also did not get the fridge we selected. Overall, we would not recommend this store.

I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and think I may know a thing about grills and customer service. I highly recommend The Outdoor Kitchen Store and owner Jeffrey Kline. Jeff has taken the time to visit my home several times to ensure I received the proper grill for a retro-fit. I ended up purchasing the Delta Heat grill and have been exceptionally pleased with the performance. I finally have grill that can sear/char a two inch thick N.Y. Strip!
