My wife and I bought a townhouse in Cary. The townhouse needed updating and repairs. I contacted Oliver Construction for the work that needed to be done (taking out a half wall, removing and installing a backsplash, adding bridging in the basement, taking out some squeaks in the foyer and bedroom). I couldn't be more pleased. Kyle and his crew had installed windows in my previous home, his attention to detail and quality of work is unbelievable. I wasn't disappointed this time either. The work was scheduled, he and crew showed up on time and staying on the project till the work was done. I will be using OC again this spring to work on my deck.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work done by Oliver Construction. We had faux beams put on our porch ceiling, as well as replacing rotten wood on soffits on two areas of our house. The work done was very accurate with good craftsmanship. I would highly recommend their work.

Our project was a remodel of our kitchen that hadn’t been touch since the house was built in 1977. Kyle a great choice to lead the remodel. He listen to our concerns and explained everything in detail. I was pleased beyond belief with the results. Sometimes I still can’t believe the transformation and how great my kitchen looks.

This project required the replacement of the original Basement tile ceiling with a suspended ceiling and installation of new lighting fixtures. Kyle's knowledge of the availability of low profile LED fixtures allowed the suspended ceiling to be positioned high enough to allow us to use our Treadmill installed in the Basement. In summary, the entire project was extremely well executed in a timely fashion. We were very well pleased with the end result and are pleased to recommend Oliver Construction LLC for any home remodeling project. JWW

Communications - Kyle listens to the customers needs and has very good communication skills. He makes sure the customer understands every detail of the project. Construction - Kyle’s team delivers quality products. He tells you what he is going to do and delivers on his word. They refuse to take short cuts that may compromise the Quailty of his product. Cleanliness - him and his crew are extremely focused on the cleanliness of the construction site as well as the cleanliness of the product he is delivering. Deadlines and Budgets - Delivers on the commitment to his deadlines without any budgetary surprises. Quailty - (on a scale from 1-10) Oliver Construction is a 10. Kyle and his crew are extremely detail oriented, perfectionists, trustworthy, personable, want to make sure your well informed and comfortable throughout the entire process, honestly they became more like friends than contractors throughout the duration of the project.

Oliver Construction did an outstanding job on our master bathroom. It was down to the studs and our home is 20 years old. Kyle and his crew were wonderful to work with and always asked for our preference when questions came up so we could discuss and come up with the best solution. They never assumed and just went ahead and did it. He is very knowledgeable of all areas of construction and all the gentlemen on his crew were courteous and hard working. His tile work is perfection!! They work very clean and at the end of each work day everything was cleaned up and put away. They were always prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Whenever I look at the completed project - it is like I am at a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend Oliver Construction to do your project!!

Oliver Construction was amazing from start to finish. We hired them to tear off old cedar siding and put up new Hardie board. The communication and level of professionalism was excellent. They did a great job explaining everything and really went above and beyond in many areas. Kyle pays great attention to detail and had the perfect suggestions to help pull the whole project together. The entire process was painless and we knew from the first meeting that we would be hiring them. We look forward to having them renovate our master bathroom in the future.

We hired Kyle Oliver and his team to work with us on a complete renovation of our home. This project encompassed both the interior and exterior as well as a redesign of portions of the floor plan. Kyle was extremely professional, kept the job site in good order and was able to offer alternative ideas and suggestions when the project required it. His workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Kyle with the highest endorsement.

Kommenteret: What size are the grout lines on the subway tile? Grout color?Hi, the tile was installed without spacers, so the grout lines are tight. About one sixteenth of an inch, up to an eighth. The grout color is light grey.
