Outdoor Living by Pool Mart

We purchased our hot tube at the home show and antispated delivery in late spring, well Pool Mart installation manager called and asked if we were ready for our new hot tube, the installation lefty nothing to be desired, the crew was very good and considerate of our yard and landscape, installation went great. Next because we were new to this hot tube we had some minor problems but the sales staff again was fantastic in solving our minor opportunities as they defined it, just joking. You could not ask for a better organization to deal with, we currently purchase all of our supplies and services from them, YES we are extremely pleased,

We had the privilege of working with Brandon through the process of purchasing our first hot tub. Best purchase we've ever made... Hot Springs Grandee Spa, especially going with the ACE saltwater system!!! Brandon was extremely knowledgable & made himself available whenever we had questions, even coming to our home to give us a tutorial on exactly how to use our new hot tub! We look forward to shopping at Poolmart & working with Brandon again this spring for additional items we'll need to enjoy our backyard, in any Buffalo weather!

Purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from them...Great service. Professional and knowledgeable. Good delivery and set up. Guys knew their stuff. I worked w/ Ryan, Brian and Brandon in the shop. I purchased my Hot Spring Jetsetter, patio furniture for my patio, and a Swiss grill from Pool Mart. The quality of products is excellent and I can't say enough about their customer service. I absolutely recommend this company.

While Pool Mart was "okay", their contractor installing the pools was terrible! Installed the pool incorrectly. 15 by 30 oval. It was admittedly a lot more work to install. They didn't get it even, and there are "huge" pieces of struts sticking up on the bottom of the pool, so that when you're walking around the pool, you stub your toes all the time. I know this will come through the liner in time. When we asked them to correct it, it took them a year to get the parts, swore at me and told me to never call him again. Also, before the bad-mouthing, used them for the first year to close the pool, and open in the spring, because we needed to know how to do it ourselves with bottom drains (a little more complicated). They came mid to late November. By that time, there were a bunch of leaves at the bottom. I couldn't get in to clean; it was too cold. They said they'd take care of it in the spring. Well, by that time, the bad-mouthing had occurred and they came out begrudging and left all the leaves in the bottom, so that I had to empty the pool out completely to get the leaves out. Now the liner is stained in 5-7 places. The liner is creased because I didn't know how to reset it. And the caps are breaking off. Also, when they closed the pool, in the middle of the winter after my husband had shoulder surgery, the pipe drain for the bottom filters came undone and drained the pool two and a half down. This pulled the winter liner in on itself, scratching and marring the out sides of the pool. My husband had to go out with one arm, and the other arm full of stitches, and get it right so we didn't lose all of the water and to prevent the whole pool from collapsing in on itself. Nice for a pool 3 years old and $6000! Every time summer comes around, I have a bad taste in my mouth!
