Fabulous company to deal with. From design stage to completion of build everything went smoothly with excellent communication through out. The finished product is just perfect. Cameron and Drew are great people to deal with, very professional, courteous and able to rectify any concerns and issues immediately. It was a joy working with the team at Pacific Blue Developments when building my new home. Things went very smoothly, right from the start when I was working with Justin the Designer. He came up with a great plan for our block and was very receptive and quick with plan changes. During the build I found Cam, the GM, to be very patient and knowledgeable when I had questions. Diane and Drew also deserve an honourable as they were both very helpful. It felt like a real partnership working with the whole team. There was very little stress, as I felt they were always on top of any site issues that arose, so I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a builder.

I would highly recommend Pacific Blue. They have built 2 homes for me and I would ask the to build a third if the situation arises. Their easy communication and exceptional customer service made building with them a pleasure.

The team at Pacific Blue were easy to work with and professional through the whole design and build process. The level of finishes offered as standard are significantly above typical builders in the price bracket and provide a quality product on completion.

After completing designs and price estimates for our first home build with one of the larger residential house builders on the sunshine coast, we were not left feeling content with the level of inclusions and ability to customise. We decided to speak with Cameron and Drew at Pacific Blue. After the second meeting with Pacific Blue it was clear to us that making the change was the right move. The house was redesigned turning what we thought was almost perfect into something we hadn’t even considered. The team at Pacific Blue were happy to work with all the requirements we had and continued to ensure it met our budget constraints. Being our first build there were the raft of constant questions, changes and request, all of which were always accommodated. The stand out for us during this build apart from the quality and adherence to a schedule was how comfortable Pacific Blue made us feel building a house while living and working 1000km away from our new home.
