I do not recommend this builder. They did not hire a good superintendent to check on their job. The sub contractors were horrible and did unacceptable work. They do cost plus which I do not recommend either.

We had an overall positive building experience with Paradigm Construction. They have designed their building process to pair the client with qualified professionals at every level, from architect, to interior designer, to various teams of qualified sub-contractors. Paradigm is particularly competent in their ability to respond to their clients. Emails and phone calls are answered in a prompt manner and all concerns (big or small) are addressed. The emphasis is about getting things done correctly and to the clients liking. If there was ever any question about the design, we were always contacted and were never rushed into decisions. Matt and Jim are honest, hardworking individuals who strive to make their clients happy. Both are thorough and fair. You will not regret considering Paradigm Construction to build a beautiful custom home.

We purchased a home from Paradigm when it was in the framing stage and worked closely with Matt and Jim until completion and occupancy. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we went through the process of selecting the various elements of the house such as colors, tiles, light fixtures and stonework. They included high quality appliances and their allowances for various elements were more than reasonable. The after- move-in follow-up repairs were accomplished in a timely manner to our satisfaction. We are really satisfied with the house and our experience with Paradigm. Their years of experience of designing and building high quality upper scale homes makes them one of the best builders in the Treasure Valley.

I interviewed three builders before deciding to hire Paradigm Construction to build my custom home in Eagle. Matt, Jim and the Paradigm team did an exceptional job from start to finish. Work began in the fall of 2016 and the house was completed in the summer of 2017. Matt was there every step of the way and made the whole process easy and fun. I was not able to be there during the construction process, but Matt kept me informed of the progress via phone calls, emails and pictures so I knew what was going on every step of the way. If there was an issue Matt or Jim quickly addressed it and it was taken care of. The team at Paradigm is professional and courteous; specifically Matt Knickrehm. This was the first custom home I had built and my home turned out amazing and I’m thrilled with the quality expertise of the Paradigm team. I would highly recommend Paradigm Construction for your custom home needs.

If you are nervous about building your dream home, then you need to hire Paradigm Construction Co. They will do an exceptional job, paying close attention to the fine details that go into a custom home. They are very easy to work with and listen to your concerns and suggestions. They help you stay on budget, which is not easy to do however above all else Matt and Jim made the whole process bearable, it was even fun.

We are currently building our new home with Paradigm. We've consistently been impressed with the quality & detail they include in our home! They could not possibly be more patient & polite about our endless questions & requests to change things here & there! This has been an incredibly fun experience & I trust the quality of our home to be far superior to anything we would've thought to ask for! We feel very fortunate to have found Matt & Jim!

They not only deliver the high quality home you are expecting, they go above and beyond expectations in drawing on their vast experience to make recommendations to help you realize your dream. We have just completed a complex custom home and their recommendations and craftsmanship were spot on. They have a loyal crew of subcontractors and laborers that take great pride in their work, and like Matt and Jim aim to please. In addition to their professionalism, Matt and Jim are just all around good guys. We are extremely happy!
