I strongly suggest you do not use this company. They charge top dollar for work that is subpar, they don't get the job completed in the timeframe they tell you and they do not respond to issues in their workmanship once they receive the final payment. I have never seen such poor service. The only recourse you end up having is to take the to court to get them to correct poor workmanship.

Harold Fowler

Paul came to my property and he appeared that he was not interested. He only stayed 15 minutes and I was hoping to see if he had any ideas on how to rework my living space. I am disappointed that I never received a quote or even a phone call to say that he was too busy or something. After looking at his book that he sent and reading all the reviews, I was looking forward to working with him. Oh well, I guess I will have to find another contractor.

I apologize Harold, sometimes things happen out of our control and that time period was that for me. Our oldest son had been dealing with life threatening issues and my wife and I have been caring for him full time since Beginning of May.

Absolutely the best contracting company if you are wanting a high-end look! Trustworthy and polite. They would even look after my dog at times (i.e. if it started raining). This was really helpful during the unavoidable hectic nature of a remodel. Really nice folks.

This was a total remodel of our master bathroom. The bathroom was completely demoed to include: cabinetry, sinks, counter tops, tile floor, toilet, mirrors, shower, light fixtures and removed wallpaper. Reworked electrical and plumbing. New items installed were: heated floor, tile flooring, wall tile, new cabinetry with marble counter top, sinks, mirrors, shower glass, light fixtures, toilet and all plumbing fixtures, towel rods and door knobs. Walls painted and new carpet installed in closet. Also repaired wall damage in bedroom opposite bathroom wall. Was well pleased with the overall project. The project manager Jordan Johnson was on top of all situations and it made for a smooth project even with some delays. I would use Paul L Johnson Interiors on my next project!

Paul L. Johnson Interiors transformed my pathetic 80's Master Bath into a gorgeous one. He and all of his subs were always, polite, clean, very skilled at their craft, and did an amazing job. Any questions I had, were answered promptly, and and problems that occurred were quickly solved. The project took a little longer than expected, and was slightly over budget, but in the end, it was well worth it.

My husband and I cannot recommend Paul Johnson highly enough. He is extremely talented and maintains the highest standards for the work he and his team execute. He and his team are focused, hard-working, polite, and respectful. They were also honest, reliable, and dependable. They were very trustworthy when we were not in the home and were meticulous in locking doors and setting alarms behind themselves. Paul is very communicative and responsive. Without any prompting from us, he sent pictures of the progress when we were away for longer periods. Throughout the entirety of the job, it was the cleanest job site my husband or I have ever seen. They must have cleaned up after themselves every day. Even before the job started, Paul posted signs in the bathroom and other spaces with instructions on maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Paul and his team went above and beyond, often fixing other items around the house at no extra charge. Paul and his team are extremely talented and capable of executing very high end jobs that require precision and skill. They worked and coordinated well with others, including the architects, interior designer, our home manager, etc. It would take a lot for us to not give Paul Johnson preferential consideration on any future project we have. We continue to work with him and have already recommended him to family and close friends.

Paul L. Johnson Interiors handled our complete kitchen and butler's pantry remodel in 2015. Paul assured transparency during the entire project, and he provided a detailed schedule so we always knew what to expect. The agreed-upon budget was honored, with the only adjustments being costs associated with requests we made while construction was ongoing. Paul was easily reachable by phone or email for the duration of the project, and he was always pleasant and responsive to questions we had. Our project manager, Jordan, was also a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with the finished results, and with the experience of working with Paul. We plan on contacting Paul Johnson first for our next home renovation project!

We hired Paul L Johnson Interiors for a remodeling job in our kitchen, replacing our appliances with updated models, repositioning the microwave from over the cooktop to the island, installing a gas cooktop, adding a ventilation hood, and doing some cabinet and tile work. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole project. Paul and his crew and subs were always very courteous, knowledgable, punctual, and professional. His contract was thorough and comprehensive, and his timeline was spot on. We were very impressed with Paul's commitment to superior service, and we would not hesitate to contract with him again for future projects. P.S. They cleaned up after themselves, and never left a mess!

Paul L. Johnson was a perfect choice for our remodeling project! We were looking for someone that thinks like we do, that we could trust would not take short cuts and would recommend the type of products he would use in his own home. From the moment we met Paul, we knew he would be a great fit for our needs. Paul was not the cheapest, but he was by far the most professional and trustworthy of those we contacted. He was prompt, thorough, and detail oriented. And he was fair to work with. Even after extensive research, it is always a leap of faith when hiring contractors. Paul L. Johnson Interiors are SEVEN STAR professionals and a complete pleasure to work with. Paul and his teams performed their work on time every time; and they were competent, courteous, professionals who were sensitive to my requirements and protective of my home and furnishings during their construction processes. The tile work they completed in my new shower is an absolute work of art!! I can, and will, highly recommend PLJI to anyone and everyone looking for a first class quality new or renovation project for their home.
