We offer everything from handyman services and minor household repairs to large-scale renovations and remodels. Whether you need help putting up a shelving unit, fixing an old armoire, or have your sights set on a completely new kitchen or bathroom, Pederson Construction has the tools and knowledge to turn your vision into a reality. We are licensed, fully insured, and EPA certified. All jobs are run by the owner and lead carpenter Elliot Pederson, whose personal investment in each project insures that you and your home will receive a level of individual attention and care not found with larger companies.

Eliot Pederson and his team remodeled a kitchen, two baths and other renovations for clients of mine in an Edwardian flat in San Francisco last year. Eliot provided thorough, detailed estimates and bids, great management and field supervision. Eliot and his team of subs are all skilled, professional and personable and paid great attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Projects in San francisco can be challenging with scarce parking and close neighbors. Eliot and his team navigated through any issue with grace, courtesy and consideration. I look forward to recommending and working with Pederson Construction on future projects.

Pederson Construction has done several projects at the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. They have done everything from exhibit building to greenhouse repair. They always come in on budget and on schedule. Several of my co-workers have ended up using them for projects on their homes. I can not recommend them enough! 5 stars!

We have turned to Pederson construction for a number of large exterior waterproofing and reconstruction projects. We manage a 3 unit building with extensive wood siding and multiple outdoor decks and flat roofs. Pederson has repeatedly demonstrated great skill and care in these complex projects.

Kommenteret: Resurfacing deck questionsHi Jason, it wouldn't hurt to power wash although its probably not necessary. If you do then let it dry out afterwards and treat the tops of the joists with copper green. The tops are the first thing ...
