Contracted in December, 50% down payment, and a complete inability over three months to schedule the installation. They do not return phone calls (15 calls later) and have obviously prioritized their clients to our exclusion. We are residents of 35 years and know the importance of scheduling early. Now we are high and dry at the height of the season with no driveway. Worst experience ever.

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have been unfairly treated. As you know, it was a long winter and weather and cold temperatures have made for a very late start to our season. We have made a number of attempts to schedule this work with you. However, when the owner insists on being present and can only provide us with 1-2 day windows, this makes scheduling next to impossible. We cannot forecast the weather a week or more in advance so it is unfair to ask us to commit to specific dates.

The simple fact is that we cannot provide excellent service to our customers without paying close attention to temperature and precipitation. We create our schedule the day before as a result of the changeable nature of the weather in our area. As a reputable local business that has been operated for over 40 years, we pride ourselves in providing a quality product. That would not be the case if we sacrificed quality in the name of speed and satisfying every customer's scheduling whims instead of maintaining our standards of work. By restricting us to your schedule, you have created a situation in which we cannot possibly satisfy your expectations. As requested, your deposit was returned to you.

My husband and I contracted SFA when doing a complete renovation of our home. They provided general construction clean-up, landscape grading, and driveway paving. We dealt directly with Perry DeLalio, Jr who oversaw the project from start to finish. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend their services.

I managed a multimillion dollar project in Southampton NY where South Fork Asphalt provided services. They performed site work, installed the driveway, and drainage. The blacktop driveway was approximately 5000 sf, varied in elevation from the upper motor court to the the lower parking area in front of the driveway gates, and was divided by decorative belgian block aprons. SFA offers the highest quality service, and are by far the most competent, and dependable company of their type I have ever worked with. You will be very pleased with the quality of service they provide.

Had SFA come do my driveway and I have to say what a pleasure. These guys know what they are doing. They are professional and neat. We are definitely hiring them again for future projects and I highly recommend them.

I hired South Fork Asphalt to correct an existing drainage problem on my property, and to pave my driveway. A representative from SFA met me on my property at my convenience, and a solution/proposal was provided to me in two days. The resulting work eliminated all my existing drainage problems, and all my expectations were met in a timely manor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company in the future.
