They have great professionals in house, and coordinate the best trades available in the community to work alongside them. Ken and his team are highly experienced and knowledgeable; their guidance was invaluable throughout the drafting/design and planning process. Once building began, we were given excellent client support from our Project Manager Morrison and our Site Manager Ryan. They were always available to answer questions and provide clarification. We were most impressed with their excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, they are professional down to the last nail! We highly recommend Pheasant Hill Homes.

We can't speak highly enough of this company and the work they did for us. Our project was a driveway repair, resulting from a deteriorated membrane at the garage entrance, resulting in some water damage to the exposed joists and beams underneath.The repair required removal of part of the cement driveway and drain, replacement with a new drainage system/pouring new concrete, then replacement of the rotted beam and joists underneath the garage floor. Pheasant Hill has an excellent process for their projects. We met first with the construction manager to determine the work that needed to be done and the approximate cost. When we made the decision to proceed, a project manager was assigned and a very skilled tradesman and helpers were onsite till the work was done. Each member of this team was knowledgable and responsive to our questions. The communication between all of them was so clear which made for a smooth process with a minimal amount of stress. The project was completed on time, under budget and with an on-site final review to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We have worked with a number of different contractors/construction people over the years but have never had such a positive experience.We are so pleased to know that we can call on them for any future needs.

Roné Dorsay of Pheasant Hill worked with us recently as an interior design consultant for some changes to our home. Our time with Roné was the most positive experience we've had with a designer or builder. Her approach made us feel good about our home and the choices we’ve made in the past—and excited about the changes to come. Somehow, she managed to help us find the new colours that would bring a sense of liveliness and light to our house without them being scarily new. We also really appreciated her sensible advice about how much—actually, how little—we needed to change, and the practical tips on how to do it. All in all, the experience couldn't have been better!

We hired this company to redo our deck as we had discovered rot. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with not only the workmanship but also the individuals who work for this company.

Pheasant Hill Homes have completed several projects for us now. They reinforced an ailing outdoor deck, repaired some rot on the house and rescued an outdoor shed whose supports had given way.
