Platinum Exteriors and Insulation Products

Platinum Exteriors removed the rotted siding on my home and replaced it with James Hardie sidig. It comletely changed the look of my home and I couldn’t be happier. The job was done on time in accordance with the contracted timeline. Mr. Brooks made sure every aspect of the job was monitored and I was highly impressed with his attention to detail.

We had an outstanding experience with Platinum Exteriors and our new roof looks great! We are pretty cautious and picky when it comes to hiring contractors so we interviewed 2 other roofers before deciding on Platinum. The owner, James, personally walked us through the insurance claim process and took the time to explain the technical details of roof installations, answering all of our questions (we tend to ask a lot of questions). James was extremely patient, personable and professional and most importantly, didn’t push us to make a decision (unlike one of the other roofers we interviewed). The install crew was on-time, courteous, and professional and the office staff even helped us apply for a GAF military rebate! It was also a pleasure to see James make a follow-up visit to our house the day after the roof was finished, so that he could personally inspect the install and ask if we had any questions or concerns. Finally, we appreciate the fact that James, himself, is a veteran who served our country for many years (and in some hostile environments)…it’s always a pleasure to hire a veteran-owned business! Overall we couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof and the world-class experience James and his team provided us.

Took a long time to start and then a long time to finish the project. Stated 3-6 weeks to begin project which actually began in over 9 weeks. Then there was a delay as not enough supplies were ordered. However, when the job was done we were very satisfied with the quality of the installation. Our installers, Phil and Steve were very customer service oriented and their quality of work transformed our house into just the look that we wanted. I would recommend Platinum in the future.

I had Insulation blown in my attic and it has made a huge difference. The upstairs finished attic space is much more comfortable in my home. Thank you to Platinum and their great team for helping to make my home more comfortable.

Platinum installed attic insulation in my house about a month ago. I can already notice the BIG difference. My furnace does not kick on nearly as frequent, and with that, MY BILLS ARE LOWER! It a good price. The guys were friendly, easy to talk to and work with. I certainly recommend them to anyone looking to insulate their house from the subzero temperatures we're getting!
