My wife and I asked Greg and his team to help us re-design our slightly odd but well loved home. We could not be happier with the result. Greg listened to our ides and filtered them through his experience and delivered a home that fills us with joy. My wife one day looked at me and said, "is it sinful for me to like a thing as much as I like our home." Thanks Greg.

Architectural services on building a new house and renovating bathrooms in an old one. Not only are they great architects, they are creative with design aspects and are willing to help manage the job. We've had only positive experiences with them.

Greg Presley designed our dream garage - a detached carriage-house/barn style structure that is exactly what we had in mind -- only better! Has a full-size loft above for storage or rec room (right now it's just storage).

Presley Architecture is an incredibly talented architectural team with years of successful projects. We have worked together on many projects where I was the interior designer. Presley Architecture provides pleasing designs for their clients by listening to their wants and needs and delivering more than expected. They are very conscious of the human scale and how it relates to the architecture. They are also concerned about the scale of the building as to what is around it. As members of a project's design team they are polite, cooperative and inspirational to work with. I consider Presley Architecture a leader in their field.

Greg Presley designed our Walloon Lake house to look like it had stood on the property for many years. His expertise in creating a brand new house with ageless and classic details is genius. His homes feel substantial without the McMansion effect. Greg asked us how we saw our family using the house before he put pen to paper. He took his time with our design wishes and made them happen. He understands that houses should compliment the people living in them and creates spaces that reflect that. A total professional, Greg respected our budgets and time constraints and worked with my husband and I and the builder on schedules and the occasional hiccup without getting ruffled in the process. We wanted a lake house to fill with memories and Greg gave us that and more with his design. Our family loves the house so much our daughter is getting married there this summer.

Kommenteret: How does one obtain a sink like the one shown?This sink came from the original homestead on the property. So these folks were fortunate. You might try an antique materials business in your area.

Kommenteret: Beuatiful house! Do you know the diameter of the columns?They are 14" diameter tapered "tuscan" style polycarbonate columns, not structural.
