Kitchen looks fantastic, planning phase was easy and helpful. Took about 5 months from order to delivery. Will consider again, if I ever do another kitchen.

I love Reform even more...my kitchen is beautiful. Alex designed the floor plan. He is creative, precise and made great suggestions. He is very quick to respond to questions and thoughts that come up during the design process. And...fun to work with. The cabinets are very easy to assemble. I would recommend Alex and Reform to everyone who needs cabinets.

I recently ordered my kitchen cabinets from Reform and have had a wonderful experience with them thus far. During the design process, I worked with one of their designers, Julian (Sensitive Information Hidden), on the cabinet design and layout. Julian was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of kitchen design, and expertly guided me towards finalizing the many decisions I had to take. I am a very visual person, and Julian patiently created 2D renderings of many different combinations of cabinet style, color, configuration etc to help make the process easier for me. His attention to detail, and my trust in his sense of style made the entire process much less stressful than it would've been otherwise. I also really appreciated that I never felt pressured to make decisions before I was ready to. Now I am really looking forward to getting the cabinets delivered and installed! We first encountered Reform online, and were impressed by multiple of their lines — particularly the aesthetics of the Reflect line resonated with the overall look we were going for. The entire experience with Reform was just exceptional — from initial consultations, to our visit to the Los Angeles showroom(s), to finalizing all the tiny details of our order with our design consultant, Nisha Govind. We had some very strong ideas of what we wanted to do, and many required 'bending' what was possible. The Reflect line is particularly complex as it uses patterned metal panelling. Nisha was an incredible partner throughout this process, always coming up with creative solutions to our evolving ideas. I wish every company had such talented, experienced and patient design teams as Nisha, and her colleagues at Reform. We can't wait to receive our cabinets in the next few months!

Alex (Sensitive Information Hidden) at Reform was probably the best designer I have ever worked with. Patient and thorough. We ordered our entire kitchen. 7,000 lbs and countless pieces of hardware and there was nothing missing. The kitchen is a dream and he helped me make crucial decisions and stopped me from ordering the wrong appliances. Besides, he was easy to discuss decisions with, helpful but not pushy. Always quickly responded to questions from both me and my contractor. Everyone who sees our kitchen is impressed. The quality is amazing!! But if Alex had not helped us with the design, we wouldn't have the kitchen we wanted.

I love my kitchen! The process was easy and straightforward, and that’s one of the reasons I chose Reform. It does take time, but what good things don’t? I really appreciated all the back and forth communication with my designer Alex. He went out of his way to help me figure out what I wanted to achieve and how to install it properly. My kitchen gets tons of compliments and I love cooking in it. I also want to note that during installation we discovered that one of the cabinets wasn’t built properly, but Reform was very quick to fix this issue. I had a new one in a few weeks and was able to proceed with the installation and move in by my deadline.

I had heard about Reform cabinets from a few of my neighbors who are design professionals, who had seen the cabinets and liked them, but had not purchased them They were all curious to see if they were as nice as advertised. So I was excited when my architect suggested I take a look at Reform cabinets. Well, I was blown away with what I saw in the showroom, and gave my architect the go ahead to initiate an order with a design professional. After 1 month + of back and forth, they finally got the details locked and placed the order. We also decided to go with Reform's supplier of countertops as I fell in love with the Silestone 2cm material. So the cabinets arrive, and my contractor assembles them. First thing I notice was significant variations in the wood finished PROFILE collection cabinets I ordered, variation that wasn't disclosed when we placed the order, not nor did we see this variation in the showroom. But we overlooked that. Then things really spiraled downwards from there... We used Reform's supplier of countertops, who was fully unable to measure and deliver the material as contracted. After initial measurement, we are asked for a payment 50%), and after that we are asked to make a payment for the remainder when delivery is imminent. Well...the supplier made their initial measurements just before Memorial Day, then came back 2 weeks later to take additional measurements (which should've been a warning sign). Then on 4 SEPARATE occasions from June 10th to July 24th they scheduled delivery, only to cancel delivery because they couldn't get the material cut correctly, the material broke, or some other excuse. And during this time, NO ONE from REFORM reached out to apologize for the delays and mishaps. No efforts were make to "make the situation right". Just nothing. My architect and I felt like we were being held hostage by Reform, almost as if they wanted us to cancel the order for the countertop. When we asked for my money back, they hastily agreed to refund the money with no acknowledgement of the impact they had on my project - I had just lost 2 months to their poor supplier. The whole point of going with their supplier was to achieve the look I had seen in their showroom. Sadly, this has not been achieved. Due an error on our part, I needed to order 2 replacement panels, and a panel for my dishwasher. We ordered those panels in July, and they JUST arrived. And what was a semi-tolerable variation in panel color/finish, is now a hodgepodge of shades in my kitchen. I had been holding off writing a review hoping that it would all work out (and to avoid them making a bad customer experience even worse) but I can no longer hold my tongue. After spending $35,000+, I am left with a bit of a mess. Use them at your peril...

The cabinets look as good in person as they do in the photos, especially the drawers. The design support Nisha provided was excellent, made even better by her positive attitude and personable take on our project. We felt like she was concerned that we get what we envisioned and it carried through in her approach to us. Couple dings for a rather painful delivery process - huge shipment and apparently unable to find a carrier that could help get it into an apartment building. Be aware that this stuff is on 4x8 pallets and you'll need to trans-load if you're not in a detached house since you can't get them across thresholds or into many (most) elevators. Reform adjusted out a mixup made by the factory, so points in favor there. Installation support has been excellent, with fast response times by Lisa and - again - a sense of investment by her in us making this thing happen to our expectations. Overall, these cabinets are without peer: if you want frameless boxes and a European/modern design I'm not aware of an option that's better - certainly not at this price point. Delivery for us was painful: might be that we're in DC vs. NYC/west coast. Service from start to finish was excellent, with positive, can-do approaches that helped ease some of the burden of a big renovation. Reform has our recommendation.

I bought and installed (well, mostly had installed) a kitchen, low slung cabinets, shoe cabinets and a bathroom vanity using reform. It was a long process, and had quite a bit of complexity. I really like the outcome, and reform products are beautiful and high quality. Now, getting everything just right is hard. The reform designers I worked with (Nisha and Roberto) were patient and responsive, and had good advice. The consumer still has a lot of work: those measurements better be right. Everything has to be double checked. And some details might just go wrong. But when things go wrong the customer service works hard to make it right. My verdict: if you have passion for design and are willing to put effort into your project, I can highly recommend reform. If not, chances are you’re not going to look at an ikea-compatible product anyway..

NIsha was amazing to work with!! She kept us updated throughout the entire order/design process and her suggestions were the most helpful. Working with her was like designing with my best friend; she was so easy to talk to. I am so excited to see my new Reform kitchen come to life once I receive the materials.

Great design process, easy and fast! A lot of choices but the designer was very knowledgeable and helped navigate all of the options.
