We’ve had the pleasure of Tristan and the team at Renotech build our beautiful home. It was during a very difficult period of the building industry rising costs just after covid. The attention and care to ensure our home is built to the immaculate standards is priceless. Not only was the craftmanship outstanding but I really valued the communication in such an efficient and pleasant way. I would highly recommend!

We chose Renotech as our builder because they were highly recommended by our friend and also our neighbours. Despite Covid and the unprecedented amount of rain we have, Renotech finished our house renovation in time. Throughout the process, we received updates and photos regularly through the BuilderTrend app they used so we always knew where they're at. All documentations and project schedules are also in the app making it very easy to keep track of things. We are most impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to details was amazing. Our site manager went above and beyond, guiding and helping us make the right decision on both product selection and placement. Any issues were dealt with promptly and it has been minimal stress with the renovation. Thank you for building our house, it's beautiful and we love it!

Renotech Building Pty Ltd replaced the upper balcony roof supporting beam of our terrace. Their quote was the lowest by a country mile. The completed the job on time and on cost. We requested additional work be completed on a do-and-charge basis at a reasonable rate. Tristan and Darius are highly competent tradesmen, courteous, obliging, and efficient. We did a major renovation with Renotech and we are very happy with the process and the result. Basically everything in the house (two stories) was renovated: 4 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 6 bedrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, windows, sliding doors, decks. Renotech managed to complete the whole job in four months, exactly as we agreed with them. We appreciate their ability (especially Tristan's) to plan ahead even in difficult conditions due to Covid. They are clearly in control of the process, employ very good, friendly tradesmen themselves and work with excellent tradies. We like Renotech's attention for detail and workmanship and their direct and open communication lines. We highly recommend working with them. If we had to do another renovation, we would love to work with them again.

The project team at Renotech was a pleasure to work with. The team had good communication with us, and was attentive to our needs, showing up to weekly meetings on time, and were flexible in assisting with issues that arose during the project. They were professional and proficient at every stage of the project, and were responsive. I want to express my greatest appreciation for the work and the effort that you and your team have contributed to my home renovation project in Kingsford recently. Your team has done an amazing job with our single storey 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house, by transforming it to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Including an en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom as well as an internal laundry (finally). The results were better than I could have ever imagined as it completed with perfect timing for Covid isolation for daily work from home and a brand new home for my daughter’s HSC year. I was glad to be back in my own beautiful new home. The work was carried out very professionally with good and efficient communication throughout this whole project. Tristan and the team did a fantastic job on our attic conversion, and rear door and timber decking job. Having friendly and courteous workers made a huge difference to the liveability of our house during the job. The tradesmen were all highly skilled and attended as needed. The builders demonstrated tremendous workmanship. The quote was competitive. The work was done as agreed. At all times Tristan kept us in the loop, and all of the team were professional and hard working. The neighbours liked the whole team and were impressed by their work ethic and consideration for others. If you wants good blokes doing reliable high quality work, I would recommend these guys. I worked closely with Renotech Building for the alterations and additions to a terrace house in Chippendale. The project required forward-planning at all stages of construction due to the compact nature of the house and the restricted site access. Darius and Tristan undertook this responsibility in a highly professional and cordial manner. From tender through to construction and even after the clients moved into the house, I was impressed with the care and attention to detail from Darius and Tristan. They maintained excellent lines of communication from beginning to end to ensure timely delivery of the project and were reliable and cooperative. I am very satisfied with the quality of the completed house and I thoroughly enjoyed the collaborative process.

The Renotech boys have done a fantastic job with our terrace renovation, the results are better than we could have imagined. We hired their team to knock down the back half of our run down terrace, and build out a new kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms. Throughout the build, we continued to add on more requirements which the guys readily accommodated. Our house would have been challenging to work on, with extremely limited road access, a narrow block of land, and being situated in a heritage area, but the team managed these challenges all without a fuss. The quality of their work is top-tier, and their care and attention to detail shows through. Darius and Tristan have been wonderful to work with. They are honest, professional, friendly and they take pride in their work. Their communication has been excellent, and they have been quick to help with any defects and odd jobs where we need their help. They made sure our neighbours were happy during construction, and coordinated with various third-parties to keep the project running smoothly when we ran into complications outside of our control. We are extremely impressed with Renotech and so glad we chose to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend working with Renotech. Renotech did a renovation on our terrace house in Paddington, updating the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, lighting, joinery and masonary. Tristan and Darius are a great team. Tristan managed the day to day on our project and we loved working with him. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tristan did absolutely everything he could to make it a seamless experience. Nothing was too hard for Renotech. The quote was spot on, Tristan managed our budget well, and we came in bang on target. We had a few tricky requests - including adding in a arched door - that required skill and technique. The team managed it perfectly and without fuss. The quality of the work was excellent - any defects were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Even after the build, we had hail damage unrelated to the build and Tristan didn't hesitate to come out and help us. Thank you Renotech - we will be recommending you to our friends and family.

Tristan, Darius and the Renotech boys renovated our beautiful home in Leichhardt. They extended our semi-detach house and added a first floor. Having to demolish the back of our house and work with our narrow access. Our house posed many challenges and they worked with us to offer the best and afford solutions that suited us. In the end Renotech managed to get us into our home 1.5 months earlier and on budget. These guys are honest, hard working blokes. They take pride in their work and reputation - that's what makes them trustworthy.

Renotech come highly recommended this team of builders and carpenters work extremely well together their communication amongst each other is fantastic , having had a series of trades throughout the years this group impressed us greatly their workmanship on our kitchen bathroom and lounge was an enormous job complete pull down in fact was finished to an impressive standard. My wife and I took a year interviewing prospective builders and after meeting Darius and Tristan we agreed to employ Renotech to renovate the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and build a deck. We initially only wanted a kitchen and the shell of the bathroom but after working with the team and after such a long search we decided we could not get better. Constant communication, creative solutions, arriving on time and tidy work within a realistic budget. They removed a wall for us and despite numerous issues that were encountered throughout the job, they were proactive and efficient in solving them and communicating everything to us throughout the process. We hired Renotech to replace floor joists, bearers and waterproofing under a leaking bathroom and laundry, pull out the old walls and to rebuild it. The quality of their work was outstanding - they took great care to protect other areas of the house and paid great attention to detail with every aspect of the new work. All the subcontractors they engaged were a similarly high standard. The work was finished on time and we were very happy with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Darius and Tristan for any building job.

i can't recommend Renotech Building more highly. Our renovation included the removal of an interior wall, an extension, a new kitchen and decking and new floors throughout the house. Darius and Tristan are a great team, diligent, reliable with great attention to detail.
