Unresponsive and extremely difficult to communicate with. Would not use again or recommend. Conduct was unprofessional and work was not in line with what was discussed.

Really nice to work with. Honest person with great supervision and follow through. Michael tracked the progress each job diligently and was wise in approaching and scheduling the project.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael Poloukhine on ReSquare's most recent ground-up remodel - supplying them FSC Cumaru Decking & Rainscreen siding. I especially liked the fact that they offer both design services and construction management. Michael's passion for sustainability, vigilant sourcing of green products, and innovative design methods were very impressive. An excellent example of energy efficiency and an environmental friendly build.

Michael from ReSquare is someone we would highly recommend. He takes a genuine interest in the client, owns the project from start to finish and is a true professional. His workmanship is well above standard. Bottom line, he is a man of integrity and that is a trait that as a client you can have confidence that he will do what he says he is going to do. You would do well to hire Michael for any type of remodel, new construction or architecture need.

Our company was fortunate to work on a project with Michael Poloukhine and ReSquare Architecture and Construction. His attention to detail, follow through, and professionalism was wonderful. We work with many construction companies and Michael is one of those people that you want on your side to help you on your project. Usually it is hard to find someone with both the creativity and the construction set in one package, but Michael was able to pull it off. The extensive remodel we worked on together turned out great and I believe it was due to Michaels attention to detail, follow up with the subs, and good communication with the client. I would feel comfortable recommending Michael as an asset to assist you in your project.

I've worked with Michael Poloukhine of ReSquare Architecture and Construction for the past 18 months and have found his skills and integrity to be exemplary. His knowledge as an architect together with his skills as a builder are of the highest quality and together facilitate problem solving in the field. He is reliable, honest and has the ability to execute and supervise design/build projects. Our remodel consisted of complete renovation and interior upgrade of a 6,000+ square foot home including major mechanical system upgrades, new windows and doors, gut renovation of several bathrooms, room reconfigurations as well as reconstruction of an exterior balcony. Should you choose to engage Michael's services, I feel certain you will find his competence and commitment to excellence equally satisfying.

I am a former ASID affiliated Interior Designer and have much experience with residential remodels. I hired Michael as a possible experiment to see if we might work together in the future - if I was to come out of retirement and go back into the field. He is very neat on the job site, finishes in a timely manner and within budget, and we communicate well. If there is any kind of problem he will stand by his work and takes responsibility. I would hire him again if I were doing more work to my home. He is not the cheapest, but is comparable to "Westside pricing". He can work in any kind of upscale environment with picky clientele.The photos partially show a spiral stair addition in an interior garden, an attic remodel and a window replaced with a french door.
