Design for the Modern Age Owner/Architect, Robert R. Gregory, has been working independently in the Napa Valley for over 30 years and you can find examples of his work throughout the region. He can be reached at robert@rgarchitecture.com or Tel (707)963-7650 Cell (707) 480-4396 He has worked on a wide variety of projects, from small to large homes. He is known for working closely with his clients throughout projects including construction to help clients to realize their dreams. Robert's passion for architecture leans towards a high level of craft and a style which he refers to as "rustic modern". He enjoys designing modern forms with minimalist aesthetic, while maintaining the comfortable, livable, and practical qualities of a traditional home that bring warmth and character.

Diana Hartford

Robert is an incredibly talented architect. His ability to take your vision and enhance it in ways you never thought possible is rare and exceptional. He is passionate about the details, and it's those little details that take design from good to great. Even more important, Robert is a collaborator. If you want to add or change something, he makes it work and typically builds on the idea to make it enhance the space while maintaining functionality. The reaction I've had to the finished project is overwhelmingly positive. The home integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, creating wonderful areas for gatherings and connection while optimizibg the view of the vineyards surrounding the property. I would definitely recommend Robert!

We are working on a very complex project that includes a complete gut job of our flat and a new façade for our 106 year old Victorian. Bob did an outstanding job of listening to our goals and came up with a very creative floor plan to meet our needs. He is the consummate professional in that he is courteous, thoughtful, and consistently met tough deadlines. Plus he is a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend him enough.

I hired RGA for a guest house in Montana [on this site]. They did a fabulous job turning my tear-sheet ideas into a beautiful structure. I am now [7/16] working with them in creating the main house. It is going to be extraordinary. RGA creativity is matched by their attention to detail and responsiveness to the many small but important issues that arise during the building process.
