We hired Ric to remodel our master bathroom after interviewing several contractors. From the beginning to the end, Ric was professional and a wonderful guide through the process. Our first meeting was about our vision and Ric provided great ideas from his past experiences. He was patient as we worked through several revisions of drawings until we had a final plan for the execution phase. He was great about communicating any issues or decisions that we needed to make. Ric holds himself and his team of professionals to the highest standards. We appreciated the integrity and quality of work performed by Ric and his team. His open and friendly manner throughout the project demonstrated how ours was not just another project to be completed. The end results were beyond our expectations and we love our new bathroom. We plan on hiring Ric for other remodel projects around our home. We would recommend him to anyone that is ready to remodel any part of their home.

We hired Ric to remodel our master bathroom, but didn't complete that yet. We put in new windows and one thing led to another. Ric bailed us out with new siding, new gutters, experior paint, chimney cap and checking on our roof demo. As a manufacturing engineer project manager, I am keenly appreciative of Ric's attention to detail, his vast construction knowledge and experience, coordination of multiple trades, and his honesty. My wife found him easy to work with while i was away on my project. She appreciated his calm demeanor as he explained details to someone not knowledgeable about construction. Our next project is the master bathroom. Thankfully, Ric will be in charge!

Ric and HomeCraft are amazing! We worked with them both in person and over the phone while out of town. Prior to us moving in to our used home, they changed ALL of our flooring and paint throughout the entire house including painting all the cabinets. They also installed barn doors and a very difficult rectified tile wall from floor to vaulted ceiling. Their insistence for perfection is amazing. When we moved in after the renovations were made everything was spotlessly cleaned and any little thing I saw that wasn’t quite right was fixed within hours. Definitely plan to use them again!

I hired Ric for a remodel and addition for my Old Town home in Fort Collins. The project has recently come to an end after about a year of planning and six months of construction, and I am beyond pleased with the finished product. Ric has an amazing attention to detail, is a very open and straightforward communicator, and cares deeply about the personal relationship he develops with his clients. The work was completed in a timely manner, everything stayed according to plan, the subs he had were all fantastic, and the workmanship and results were of excellent quality. I highly recommend going with Colorado HomeCraft for an outstanding product and experience.

He kept a tight schedule and there were workers at our house nearly every day. We hired Ric to do a master bath renovation for us, one that included moving a plumbing wall to enlarge the shower, re-framing the existing doorway as well as creating a small linen closet. We chose Ric not just because we were incredibly comfortable with him, but because of the scope of his experience. Ric has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The project was started in a timely manner and has run smoothly. I really can't say enough nice things about Ric and this experience. Everyone that was brought in was completely professional. There was never any jargon used to try to impress me with knowledge and skill set, everything was always explained completely. Ric is meticulous with his attention to detail, and the result is a bathroom that I could not have imagined would be this nice. I will not hesitate to use Ric in the future.

We purchased an older home that needed a lot of updates and we're so happy we hired Ric! He immediately understood the style we were looking for, worked within our budget, and was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. As with many older homes we found quite a few surprises during the renovation project but Ric was always quick to go over options with us to fix them fast. Would 100% rehire for future projects and 100% recommend to friends!

We used Ric and Colorado Homecraft on a bigger kitchen remodel in the past, but needed a smaller project done that we didn't have time to do ourselves so we checked with Ric to see if he would be able to do the job. We could've sought out companies to do the dry wall and painting for this job ourselves, but we were glad we didn't. Ric and his contractors provided the same quality service on this small remodel as they did on the larger project. His contractors were friendly and attentive and Ric, as always, made sure the job was done at the highest level. We were very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Colorado HomeCraft.
