From our first meeting with Richard Champagne, we knew he was the right person to tackle the job of renovating our condo with three new bathrooms, cabinetry, fixtures, floors, new appliances in the kitchen and the changing of doorways and some walls to accommodate a wheelchair. The planning process recorded all specifics that needed to be done. All of this was done before we signed the contract and as a result there were really no change orders to drive the cost up. We even decided up front to open up the ceiling and remove all the old 1976 duct work for the cooling and heating system. How wonderful to go to sleep at night and know we are breathing clean air. The results can be viewed at the Impressive Renovation site. We are very proud of our new environment. And the wide doorways and the roll in shower for my spouse is not only functional but beautiful. .
