We have had the privilege to build for a diverse clientele, making our 45 plus years of experience authentic and unparalleled. Doug Pruitt, President and General Contractor, has been assisting customers in building their ideal home(s) for over 20 years. He has been successful in keeping projects within the necessary budgets and utilizing the space desired by each individual customer to its fullest. Dedicated to building homes while maintaining competitive pricing and the highest standard of quality are just a few of the things that set our construction company apart other contractors. R.L. I contacted Pruitt Construction in February 2016. I spoke with Doug Pruitt and explained the details of my construction. Per our telephone conversation, he expected the project would cost about $7,500. In March, Doug visited my house to get a first-hand look at the project in order to give me a firm quote. Shortly after his visit, he was informed me that the replacement wood flooring for me project had been discontinued. On my own, I found a similar replacement wood, but it was rejected by Pruitt's flooring subcontractor. Pruitt then said they would search for an alternative. After numerous emails back and forth regarding the wood flooring and promises that "I'll get back with you tomorrow" he just quit communicating. He seemed interested at first and knew from our first telephone conversation that my job was probably only a $10,000 job, I don't know what happened but this is no way to treat any potential client. My last email from Doug Pruitt was May 2. Today is June 6 and I have not heard anything from Pruitt.

I had lots of work done on one job; new hard wood floors, cabinets, wall repair and painting. Doug Pruitt met with me personally to go over the entire job and timeline, his foreman communicated with me on a daily basis on progress and next steps. Their work was incredible, very professional crews, finished on time and exceeded my expectations. Initially, I thought their price was fair, but not great, that was until they finished the job, they went above and beyond, doing much more detail work than I thought they would, molding, trim, touch up etc. After they finished and handed me back my house, there was absolutely nothing else I needed to do, other than enjoy my home. Their price ended up being a great deal for all the work they did.

I used RL Pruitt for the construction of my house. My sister and her husband also used them for their home. She had looked around and interviewed a few companies and so did I. She's a stickler for details so when she chose them, I came on board too. Reggie the owner was a low keyed individual with a positive outlook on everything. He had a can do attitude when changes had to be made. He had a great professional hardworking crew that took care of my needs. My project came in on time and within my budget - even with some minor changes. He stood by any warranty issues. If an opportunity to build a house again arise, which I hope, I would ask them in a heart beat. Had a blast building my dream house.

The RL Pruitt Construction Company is a family owned and run company that I have employed for the past 20 years. They remodeled our house when we bought it and they have helped us to maintain it ever since. They are honest and extremely trust,worthy.

When you are planning to build a home, it is important you find a contractor that has a solid reputation. A contractor gains this reputation by building a business process which includes preparing accurate cost estimates, proper selection of subcontractors, on-site inspections and recommendations, attention to detail, and a high level of service quality and follow-up actions. Pruitt Construction exceeds in all of these qualities and we are most happy with the fine home they built for us.

Our field staff and subcontractors miss Jim's daily supply of morning donuts as well as his occasional "eyes in the sky" drone flying around the job site, capturing all the progress being made from an aerial perspective. Great company and people to work with. I have worked in homes they have built from the ground up and would say they are one of the best builders around. When I go to measure a job they did for shutters I am always pleased with how square the window are and makes my job easier. I would highly recommend RL Pruitt Construction.

I knew what I wanted going into my kitchen expansion. I met with Doug Pruitt and immediately trusted him to do the work. My husband has dementia and his team was always compassionate with him. They started on time and finished early. Doug is hands on and I respected that as an owner, he took such pride in his business. He made me feel that I was his only client and that my kitchen had his total focus. Yet, I knew he had many other jobs going. All of his subs were exceptional. All came on time and were easy to work with. I trusted them in my home. They were very respectful that we were living in the house during the remodel. There were no glitches, no problems. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. I actually miss the crew! I would highly recommend RL Pruitt Construction.

Kommenteret: what color grout is used between the tiles at the water line.Color used was Bone. Depending on the look you are after you could contrast. In this application we didn't want to see grout. Hope this helps
