10 months ago I was given a floor sample by their designer in the Coral Gables location (for which I paid full price) in order to decide if it fit in my living room. Although I spoke with the designer 5x during the past 10 months, they never came to deliver an outstanding piece of furniture they owed me and pick up the floor sample. Now they refusing to take back the floor sample or to replace it with a new unit. So I am stuck with a floor sample for which I paid full price. These people are only interested in selling you more and more - once you are out the door, they are not your friend. Is this the right way to treat customers?

We have made numerous purchases without incident but in purchasing white leather furniture we purchased warranty service agreements. The agreements were misrepresented by sales personnel, the warranty claim process was laughable and when the issues were brought to the attention of management, they did not care. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service, True Bait and switch on pricing, paid for clearance item and was called before delivery a week later, and told had to pay another $600 for an item that was paid fro, receipt showed price, and price still online for what was paid, so not sure how you can agree on price, it’s posted online for price, and then get a call All and extort more money out of you, Mary Beth was not help and did not offer any resolution, only a demand to pay difference of not get out furniture , not a way to resolve issues, or treat new customers, beware when buying there

We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize that your transaction did not go more smoothly. There were several factors that came together for this unfortunate situation. Our designers at our brand new Boca Raton location are still learning about our retail sales process. Due to the fact that we no longer had your item in our inventory, the only thing we could do was reach out to the supplier. However, the cost of goods would then be for a brand new item and not a clearance item. We are working with our IT department to fix the lag time with clearance items showing up on the product gallery when we no longer have inventory. Robb & Stucky always strives to provide top customer satisfaction and legendary service.

Rosemary was most professional and helpful. She extended her in store effort to stay in touch, give continuing good advice and accompanied the delivery people to assure that all went well. Would recommend her to others.

I have been dealing with Rosemary Zottola in connection with potential purchase of furniture items from Robb and Stucky. Rosemary is easy to deal with (including non-pushy), knowledgeable and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great working with Rosemary- She was honest, efficient and great on the follow through both via email and phone calls. Only needed carpet at the moment, but will call her for other furniture needs.

We were decorating our Longboat Key condo from Minneapolis-this project absolutely could not have gotten done with out Rosemary's incredible help and guidance. Not only does she have impeccable taste, her quick response time and willingness to help out in a pinch were unparalleled. I would highly, high recommend working with Rosemary Zottola.

I have recently had the good fortune to work with Tricia Lynch at Robb and Stucky in Naples, Florida. I had an entire house to fill and a short amount of time to make selections, etc. Tricia was not only professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the products she represents...but her design expertise helped me make not only decisions that made me excited about my new space, but also practical decisions in regards to size, scale and harmony of style. I recently received my delivery and everything (including the delivery itself) was perfect.
