We have worked with Roberta for over 15 years in projects ranging from a small office design to a new home build. It was a pleasure to partner with Roberta as she designed our new home (Colorful Concepts) to fit our lifestyle and design choices. Roberta is detail oriented, she listens and communicates regularly, and executes her design as planned. I would not hesitate to renovate or design a new home with Roberta.

My husband and I have worked with Roberta multiple times in the past 3 years and we can say without hesitation that she continually exceeds expectations! Her attention to detail, project management skills and superior service is apparent during every interaction. Most importantly, she listens to her clients’ preferences and goals to ensure each design is suited for that individual or family. Our first project with Roberta, was a complete kitchen, family room and dining room renovation in 2020. The project entailed removing a structural wall to redesign the entire flow of the hub of our home, an entirely new kitchen, refinishing the hardwood floors throughout our home in a color and finish that complemented our style, selecting paint colors, furniture and accents along with fabulous curtains to bring everything together. Roberta expertly provided options for our family while considering our need for durability in a home with children and pets. After our first project, we almost immediately had Roberta back to assist with our powder room redesign in 2021. Our experience was consistent with the first project even though it was smaller in scope. Roberta knew our style and served up options that complemented the rest of our home and our preferences. Her ability to understand you leads to a seamless decision making process. Finally (for now), we engaged Roberta on our Primary Bedroom and Bath renovation in 2022. We changed all of the tile, the tub, fixtures, cabinetry, accent wall and bedding. As always, Roberta was able to pull in the best contractors in the area and keep us at ease while we lived through the last step of our multi-phased renovation. Honestly, there is only one word to describe the end result - Fabulous !

This was the second house Roberta has done for me, and again the results were spectacular. The project included the kitchen ('Cary Kitchen Remodel' in her list), living, dining, master bath, master closet, and powder room. She provided many great selections - especially for lighting and wall coverings - and was able to keep things moving even during the supply chain challenges of the pandemic. This project transformed the house from dated and dark to open and bright with style that is exactly to my taste. Her GC and her subs are amazing and do very high quality work. Highly recommended.

What can we say. Roberta is the best! We have known her for almost 20 years. She has done some work at our previous home as well as our parents' home. And for this project we remodeled the majority of our first floor, including the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, living and dining rooms. She was with us the entire way. Her creative ideas and choices made our decisions easy and we couldn't be happier. Her selections of general contractor (Living Stone Builders) and her personal sub-contractors were wonderful, and everything went very smoothly with very few delays in the 5-month project. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Roberta transformed my kitchen and laundry room into a beautiful, modern and functional space. She incorporated everything I envisioned into her design. I highly recommend her services if you want someone who listens to your needs and turns your vision into a reality. Plus she is super fun to work with. My entire process from demo to completion was pretty stress free.

Roberta Frank is an amazing professional designer who brought our vision of our new home to life. Her strength lies in her ability to listen to her clients and get on board with their ideas. She made our house functional, safe and beautiful by helping us select from wall colors, lighting, artwork, furniture and accessories.We have been working with Roberta for almost 2 years. She is extremely organized and everything was delivered in a timely fashion. My husband and I could not be more delighted with our new home. I would hire Roberta again in a heartbeat.

Roberta recently helped us with a remodel of our living room. Despite COVID, she did an outstanding job getting furniture, rugs and accessories delivered on a timely basis and she managed the construction projects so they were completed safely and on time. Roberta listened to our needs and always offered several solutions. She was very conscious of our budget and stayed well within our limits. I would highly recommend her and when we have new projects in the future, I will hire her again!

We are in the process of totally renovating the interior of our our 25-year-old home. Roberta redid our kitchen in 2018 and then followed up last year with 2 of our 3 bathrooms, as well as paint and decor in multiple rooms. She also transformed our unused formal living room into a great office space that we use all the time! Roberta is the consummate professional, always on time and prepared with great ideas. Her contractors do excellent work, show up when scheduled, and are true to their estimates. I can't imagine to a home project without Roberta and am looking forward to renovating our third bathroom and a few other things soon.

Once again it was a pleasure to work with Roberta on a major refresh of my home - new carpets, refinished flooring and kitchen cabinets, paint/wallpaper, accent pieces and new family room furniture. She listened to my goals and budget and then kept the project moving forward on schedule. Having worked with us a number of times, Roberta knows our style/tastes well yet pushes just enough to ensure our home is current and fresh. One of her greatest strengths is project management and she has dependable, quality professionals she works with regularly that complete their work on schedule. As a busy professional, I value the organization and creative options Roberta provides. This was a major project and it would not have been possible without her assistance. I love our updated home!

Roberta had great design ideas and kept the project on schedule with all of the vendors/subcontractors, and really made the renovations easier and less stressful than if I had done it on my own.

I hired Roberta Frank for a complete makeover of our master bathroom. I have worked with her in the past and can honestly say that I would not work with anyone else. She has a great group of skilled workman she deals with she always keeps you in the loop with everything. My husband and I were in Florida the entire time she remodeled our bathroom and it was on time and on budget and the end results were fabulous. I would have been very reluctant to trust it to anyone else.

Although I had not worked with Roberta for a number of years, she was the first person I thought of when we decided to renovate our kitchen, and I'm so glad she was able to work with us again! She has a great sense for what I like as well as what looks good together. In addition she is very responsive and organized. The guys she works with did a terrific job as well; all was done within the time frame that was promised for the price we agreed on. I love my kitchen and am looking forward to our next project!
