Merryn Lawson

Rosemary & Waihan were the right fit for us. They immediately understood our requirements and made them happen. We wanted a lighter, warmer and more homely feeling house and that is exactly what we got. Plus we moved back in on the expected date! There was very little stress for us as Rosstang did that on our behalf, for instance when the pantry tiles were not as expected and the skylight took twice as long to install as expected. Rosstang did the negotiating with the tile supplier and negotiated with the builder to only charge for half the extra time.
