This is a great company to purchase your furniture. They stand by their furniture 100%. We had an issue with a one of a kind coffee table and they showed up to repair the table. It is not often you work with a company who will 100% take ownership of their product and want the customer to be 100% satisfied. Loved working with them!!!

Ordered a custom wood dining table, 12'x4'. The piece turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Pilar was very professional and easy to work with, from fine tuning the design, providing samples of finishes prior to production, and coordinating delivery. Highly recommend to anyone!

I ordered a custom made bench. The piece came out beautifully. And even though it was supposed to be made of 2 pieces of wood, Pilar made it out of one (so there would be no seam). I appreciate it.

From the beginning, Pilar and her team were quick to respond, provided wood finish samples, answered my endless list of questions and explained all the details. The dining room table was delivered on time and was exquisite, my clients were thrilled. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they produce works of art. My clients were so pleased, we are having another piece made for their entry. Their knowledge, customer service and artistry is second to none.

Pilar and her team did a fantastic job with our custom-made kitchen table. We had searched far and wide for a table with a floating edge, and this company can do it. Then, our home construction took about 8 months longer than expected. Rotsen was easy to work with --keeping our table in their warehouse and providing a timely delivery when we were ready to move in. The delivery was managed in a very short window at that! Thank you!

As an interior designer, working with Rotsen is a dream. They are extremely helpful when I am looking to create a custom piece of furniture that is specific to my project's needs. Rather than purchasing a typical piece that is mass produced, Rotsen Furniture provides furniture that is carefully created with attention to sustainability, detail, superb craftsmanship and beautiful design. We had been looking for a coffee table for a conversation area in our newly-built pool house. We came across Rotsen during a web search, and loved several of their custom pieces. But we were fortunate enough to find an in-stock table that we loved even more and that was on sale and available for almost-immediate shipment. Pilar and team were very responsive, and they made sure the table would have the type of no-glossd finish we wanted. It was shipped promptly with white glove service [that actually was white glove service at delivery]. We and our guests love it.
