We’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with RR Builders on a number of projects and we continue to be impressed with their work. Rich Rosano heads up a superb, hardworking, gifted team. Deadlines are managed and met and there is constant communication throughout the process. With Rich and his team, you always know what’s happening, when. As an interior design firm, being able to install a room depends so much on the builder and Rich knows this. With RR Builders you’ll have a collaborative, efficient and wonderful experience.

Where do I start? From the project's inception until the last item on the punch list was completed, Rich Rosano and his team were highly skilled professionals who took absolute pride in all facets of construction. We gut renovated our kitchen and four bathrooms. Having built a home and having renovated existing spaces prior to the construction project, working with Rich made me appreciate his attention to EVERY detail that this renovation required. Our home was built in 1935 and as anticipated, we ran into a few snafu's after opening two walls. They were immediately addressed and taken care of. Patrick, Rich's project manager explained the situation in layman's terms, told us the cost and got to work on the problems right away. Rich's pre-construction consultation and budgeting for our project was meticulously organized and costs came in very close to our original estimate. My husband has a type A personality and raves about Rich so I can say without reservation, it was an absolute pleasure working with Rich and his team. I don't know many people who have enjoyed working on a home renovation but overall this was an enjoyable experience! Who can say that about an in-home renovation while living on property! We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I have had the privilege of meeting top builders from across the country, including RR Builders. Their continued dedication to accommodating their clients throughout the process as well as helping manage their homes with ownership service is impressive. After inspecting the homes first hand up close, the workmanship is spectacular. The attention to architectural details and finishes is impressive. Having RR Builders build your home or manage a large scale renovation is highly recommended. If your architect does not know Richard and his team, make sure you introduce them before you start the design work.

We recently completed a large home renovation project with RR Builders including full kitchen and the majority of the first floor of our historic home. Rich Rosano was an excellent choice because of his incredible attention to detail, follow-up, professional business practices and easy-going demeanor. We could not be more pleased with our newly renovated home and would highly recommend RR Builders for anyone considering a home project of any scale.

Rich Rosano was asked to do the project I was a manager of because of his long relationship with a client. And rightly so: he planned everything well and construction went smoothly and was completed on time. There was many complicated details in this project which Rich executed perfectly working with really good subcontractors. Even last minute changes and unavoidable revisions were done within the schedule. Result is beautiful Office, Master Bathroom and Walk-in Closet.

Rich is great because he is always ready to go with plan B or plan C without stress. There tends to be a lot of stress with changes during home projects, so when you find a builder who can calmly communicate with the workers and homeowners, it's so much more enjoyable for everyone. He advocates for the homeowners, so the quality is high. And the workers trust him, so it's good all around.

RR Builders builds at an impeccable level of detail and quality of construction. Richard is very personable and would make the building of your home a truly enjoyable experience.

Kommenteret: Love, love, love...The counter is honed absolute black. The backsplash was a porcelain, however i do not have the information anymore on that material; was 1"x3" +/- tile on sheets.
