I am a first-time home owner and my husband and I bought a 1950s original side-split bungalow to raise our 2 young children. When we first walked into this house, we knew that it was in dire need of a full renovation as the interior was worn, tired, and it had a strong musty scent (previous owners were smokers and had pets in the basement). Saeed and Sep were quick to respond and provided me with a clear and honest quotation for my gut renovation project after the consultation. The contract was clear and easy to understand, even for someone like me with no renovation experience. Saeed took the time to go over the contract with me, word by word, to make sure that I had no doubts or concerns about the contract before I signed, which surely eased some of my nerves about renovating. Throughout the project, Saeed and Sep were there every step of the way from the initial design to installation. They worked hard to bring my vision to life and were extremely helpful in keeping my design ideas practical and within budget. I really appreciated their patience as I had many questions for them at every stage of the renovation- from electrical, plumbing, structural issues, kitchen design, and so on. This was our first home renovation project. After many years of planning, we decided to make our dreams a reality. We extensively researched different companies and chose to work with Sanza Homes. We engaged Sanza Homes for an extensive and luxurious basement renovation earlier last year. They did such a great job and were such a pleasure to work with that we expanded the contract to add a couple of bathroom renovations upstairs as well as some flooring and millwork. Our luxury basement has become a huge gathering place for entertainment and also housed our home office during the pandemic months. Sanza Homes was always responsive and available. They are super transparent and open in communication and very reliable with timing and budget. Highly recommended and we have already referred them to friends and family.

For many years my wife and I resisted the idea of building a new home due to the experience others had with long delays and significant cost overruns. We came to the conclusion the new home industry could not budget for time or costs in any effective way leaving the customer at risk to huge unplanned expenses. Still wanting a new home our research led us to Sanza Homes design and build, a company we had heard from a friend of ours. We spoke with couple of their past customers who were thrilled with their homes and after construction service. The most important feedback was the fact Sanza Homes was on budget and on time. We contacted Sanza’s project managers Saeed and Sep, to discuss our plans and seek to their opinion on what we wanted to do. We quickly felt confident in his open and transparent approach. We worked with the Sanza design team who were outstanding (thank you all, especially Nafiseh) who designed a house far beyond our own vision. The Build team were amazing: on time, great attention to detail and fun to work with. Sanza brings together the best people and then coordinates the build process to ensure quality, timeliness and budget accuracy. The final product is amazing and in fact award winning! We moved in a week before scheduled and the cost was as budgeted: incredible how the process was as promised and far beyond our expectations. My wife and I are thrilled with the end results, our friends were amazed and other custom home builders who have seen the home told me they could not have built our home in the same time frame for the cost we paid. "Full house renovation" We really enjoyed working with Sanza Homes team on our home renovation. From the planning and architecture phase to the execution of the work, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their wonderful team and process driven system. Their onsite project managers were so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive through the renovation/construction. In addition to Sanza Homes team, each of their sub-contractors were extremely professional and experts at their craft. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Sanza Homes made our basement the most beautiful part of our house. We found the Sanza staff incredibly charming, professional, and trustworthy. I love the design that Mahsa (their interior designer) prepared for us and the outcome turned out beautifully. We had just finished a major home renovation with Sanza Homes. It was a real pleasure to work with project managers Saeed, Sep, and their team. They are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. I felt I was very well taken of from beginning to end. We spent about 3 months agreeing on budget, design, materials, and timeline before construction. Once construction started, they sent honest weekly progress updates. As a professional architect, I am very lucky for the second time I decided to go with Sanzahomes to build an addition to my home. Not easy and not small project but Sanzahomes is reliable company and they did even better than I expected. All employees were very friendly, helpful and respectful. We built our forever home with Sanza Home two years ago. What we liked about Sanza Homes is that they were truly custom home builders, not those that let you modify an existing floor plan. we came with a hand drawn floor plan, and Sanza Homes team handled the architectural drawings for us. We spent a lot of effort in designing our home down to every last detail, and they executed it perfectly. The quality of the materials provided in our base contract, exceeded many of the other local builders, and Sanza homes was hands down the best value for the money. From our experience, they also do a much better job than others at providing cost allowances for your cabinets, flooring, etc. At the beginning of the project, they provide us a cost estimate sheet as well as a time estimate sheet; and they could certainly deliver them almost perfectly. Their effort for being always accessible to answer our questions and keep us updated was outstanding. they were extremely responsive all the time,

Just finished a new addition to our home with Sanza Homes. We can't speak more highly about them. their workers were a pleasure to work with and highly professional. The addition was for a new master bedroom suite (including a new master bathroom and closets), new roof on the whole house, new A/C and ductwork, insulation, and a new patio ceiling. They were highly accessible. We had a whatsapp group as well as an application called KEEP to be intouch and updated about our project .Sanza Homes walked us through the permitting, construction, and final permits. They never complained when I asked them to do something not in the original contract, such as adding an outdoor shower on a new wall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Sanza Homes to do a two-story addition onto our house so an elderly relative could move in. They. Were. Wonderful! They are a design-build firm, which means you can come to them at "We think we want to remodel..." all the way through "Wow! It's beautiful!" We lived in our house while they remodelled, and they did everything possible to do the job neatly and still make life "livable" for us! The quality of the building was exceptional and they were there for us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend them to anyone doing any kind of remodel, big or small.

The group at Sanza Homes did an exceptional job on our addition and completed the project on scheduled. We added a second floor with 4 bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom as well as opened our first floor layout, adding a pantry and open floor concept for the dining and living room. The Project was done on April 2017 at Lawrence Park Toronto. From the design to the build until its completion, everybody at Sanza Homes was very nice and great to work with. We also got many compliments from our neighbours on how the workers respected the work site as well as was very nice and pleasant to them. The neighbours also commented on how clean they kept the area of the construction as well as the adjacent properties, cleaning any debris right away. We could not be any more pleased and happy with Sanza Homes. It has been around two years since its completion and we have not had any issues with the work they did. I would highly recommend them.

As a professional designer, I have had the pleasure of working with Sanzahomes on several projects. Last year I hired Sanza Home to Build a custom house for us which turned out to be a great project. Sanzahomes met all of our construction deadlines and if there was a problem, they were very quick to communicate. Saeed made an upgrade to our old kitchen - painted it to a beautiful colour and significantly enhanced its functionality by adding many interesting features, shelves and cabinets. And although it’s been almost a year after the project completion we enjoy our kitchen so much that decided to leave our note of appreciation here to Saeed and his company. The renovation of old cabinets and all new additions were done so quickly (within a week) and with such understanding of the style and our needs that we still feel very grateful for the job done. What we would like to emphasize even more is the high working standards of Sanza Homes - not only the work was done perfectly and exceeded our expectation but the way Saeed approached every aspect of his work was highly professional. For instance, one non-standard moving shelf was not easy to find and install and Saeed was coming to us 3 times until he was satisfied with the quality. Another example of how thoughtful he was is leaving a small can of the paint for us to mask small imperfections that might happen in the highly used cabinets (and we did use once!). Throughout the time that we worked with them, I never regretted my choice. We used sanza homes for a major renovation on a mid-century modern home. The finished product is better than even our wildest dreams. Friends cannot stop talking about our kitchen, our floating fireplace, or other unique finishes in the house.
