It is a privileged to work with Dave and his team. They always give 100% to make sure every project, big and small, is a winner. I recommend them to anyone who has a project that needs an experienced contractor.

Hire Dave Sippos and his team! Sawgrass Plantation completed a total remodel of our beach home. His knowledge of coastal challenges and regulations is extremely helpful. Dave's many year's of experience in the area serves his clients' well. The skill base of the entire team is excellent. Equally important to me is that Dave is a true partner. His wise and patient guidance is an amazing trait in the construction business. Communication s the key to any successful partnership. Dave has it nailed! The changes to our home are transformational. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Oh, did I mention he's great on finishing up on the little details at the project end?

We undertook a major renovation of our main living area, including completing gutting the kitchen, reconfiguring the space, moving the front door, adding french doors, and changing window dimensions. We contracted with Sawgrass Plantation and we are absolutely delighted with their service. Our remodel was during the trying times of 2008 when subcontractors and suppliers were having difficulties. Dave Sipos navigated all those challenges to ensure that finished job was what we had envisioned. In addition, an issue came up with a product that was installed and had no visibile defect for over a year. When the unusual defect came up, Dave immediately took over and dealt with all parties involved to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution. Lots of folks are good when it's easy; Sawgrass Plantation shined during unusual challenges.

Sawgrass and his team are regarded as one of the best contracting groups in the area, and I can confirm that as I have had about 5 different projects done by them. The projects are all finished on time and the budgets are throughly discussed as to account for changes. Dave will keep you informed of all things to be changed and has years of expertise that he brings to improve the quality of the work, I would get a quote from him before you start any work around your home, because of course he will help you make it your castle.
